My absolute favorite! Allergy conscious, delicious food, great service. As I've moved from Longmont to Boulder to Arvada, I continue to travel back to this gem for my favorite Thai food in Colorado.

Their food may not be the most authentic I've ever had, but it is amazingly tasty, well made, well presented, and the service is just great, every time.
I liked the food and they have an agreement with Open Door Brewery
It was our first time here and we loved it. Great Thai food!
I ordered food online, they called and said they didn t have a delivery person on staff tonight. Okay fine, minor inconvenience. I waited 50 minutes for my order and drove to pick it up and they never put it in. I could wait longer for them to rush my order. I left before blowing up on them. So no food! I will never give them my business again.
Flavorful dishes, nice ambiance, attentive wait staff.
Awesome food, great people. Very urban and modern decor. The owners are really great people. Both the Tom Kha as well as the Tom Yum soup are out of this world.
This Thai restaurant is sooo good!! I just feel like a content anaconda so full of good food. I think this was less than a week since I last went there. But even as we left we were admittedly planning what we'd order next time we go there. I especially recommend the spring rolls and coconut soup, but everything has been fantastic!
Food and service is always amazing. If you haven't been, it's a must!
Excellent Thai food! My husband has ordered the green and red curry, both amazing! And the egg rolls were the best we ve ever had. Great atmosphere with fun & friendly staff. One of our group members developmental disabilities and the waiter couldn t have been more helpful & patient!
The inventive fusion Thai menu was promising, the gustative result not earth shattering but palatable. Not sure the sugar-coated fries were a good idea. They offer to make your dish as spicy as you wish on scale of 1 to 5.
Good food. Decent lunchtime prices but the portions are rather small and really heavy on the rice.
Great service, lots of variety, and delicious food! We will be back for sure!
Really nice food, good but not amazing pad Thai but beautiful panang curry. Mango sticky rice was delicious, odd choice of decor but not bad.
This place is wonderful. Very nice atmosphere, great staff, wonderful food. Highly recommended.
Thanks for still serving us even though it was closing time!
My mom and I met for lunch here and had the most wonderful meal. The server was a delight and checked on us frequently but too much. He is very good at his job and was so friendly. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Not sure what other see in this place. Not very authentic and expensive.
Most authentic Thai food in the area (forget about other so called Thai restaurants in Boulder area), welcoming atmosphere, professional and pleasant service team. I love this place. Try it and you'll know this is the real McCoy!
Great food, great service, great staff.... -1 only due to my own dislike of the hyper pretentious Prospect neighborhood.
Really good food, drinks and service. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday night when we went. Recommend checking out their happy hour deals on drinks.
Good food. Cashew chicken and drunken noodle were good. Pumpkin curry was ok
I am a huge fan of Urban Thai and frequently visit, Paul recognizes his repeat customers and makes it a point to say hello. He is very personable and passionate about the food he makes. I am a huge fan of spicy food and Paul has no issues customizing my order to be extremely spicy. I have personally had nothing less than a five star experience here and look forward to many more. Thank you Paul for bringing great Thai food to our area!
This place has gone downhill. Placed a to go order for Pad Thai that did not taste like the Pad Thai they served when they first opened. The quality of thebeef is cheap and tasted spoiled. Had to change my order 3 times because they no longer served that dish anymore. Threw away the meal and made a sandwich.
Authentic, great tasting and cheap food. Friendly staff. Much recommended!
Pretty tasty, but the portions were relatively small for the price.
After relocating from NYC, Thai food seems a little hard to come by. Urban Thai offers some great dishes and a nice atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. What more could you ask for.
Not many vegetarian options (curry sauces all contain fish sauce, even the mussamun) but the dishes DH and I chose were very good. I had the Tofu Scampi and DH had the Mixed Vegetables with Peanut Sauce. There are better options for Thai food in Boulder County so we won't be regulars at this restaurant, but if we're in the area we would consider going again.
Best Thai Food in Boulder County, easily!!!! Do yourself a favor. Beautiful interior, great food, reasonably priced and great service. The owners and chef really care about what they are doing and it's important to support local businesses like this as they are rare nowadays. Enjoy!!!
Service was good. Food was good, Tom Kha Soup and crispy beef and shrimp salad. Did a 4 on the spice scale, good have done 5 easily. Lunch needs Esaan Sausage for an appetizer.
Delicious food and great service! We had the drunken noodles and pineapple curry, both very good. Nice place and can't wait to visit again. (Also loved that they use metal straws instead of plastic ones.)
Good flavor but not authentic Thai. Husband and I visited and he ordered the Khao soi (curry noodle soup) and I got the pad Thai. Khao soi was good but wasn't the usual flavors. Same issue with the pad Thai. Noodles weren't really fried though the tofu was nicely seasoned. Good for the area but not worth seeking out.
Love this place, great atmosphere, awesome food, and the owners are super interesting guys.
It is a cosy restaurant. The Panang Curry that I tried was pretty average though. It was full of large pieces of tomatoes and red capsicum (as seen in the pic). The other thing I remember was that the wooden seating wasn't that comfortable.
This is my first ever review for a restaurant, this is no where what the best ratings say. As I read through the reviews, looks like it went downhill over the time. I ordered panang curry which was nothing but frozen vegetables and burnt my throat for a whole day because ingredients lack the quality but they charged me as high as a they could. Not even worth the price.
I am always happy to be surprised by a new restaurant. And Urban Thai didn't disappoint! I got to try several dishes at differing heat points and enjoyed everything. My favorite was the Thai basil fried rice! The pineapple curry was superb as well. This is also the first place I've had tofu cooked properly. I highly recommend checking out this snobby Thai restaurant.
I love Thai food - - no, I mean I really LOVE Thai food! I've been eating it for nearly 30 years and have had it all over the US and Thailand, so I have a pretty good idea of what it's supposed to taste like.
Urban Thai (offering both gluten free & dairy free options) is the real deal for authentic upscale Thai food in a hip metro setting.
The staff is friendly, the specialty drinks are refreshing and the food has just the right spiciness. This is the best Thai food you'll find in Colorado.
I have enjoyed a few different curries here, including the pineapple curry with chicken. The flavors are always well balanced, and portions are just right. Their pork egg rolls are the best I've ever had.
You can choose your heat level on each dish. If you choose it too hot, cool down with the Thai iced tea.
Excellent food with great drinks and service. A hidden gem in south Longmont.
My favorite Thai restaurant in Longmont! They offer a great variety of food as well as wonderful service.
This place opens at noon. We walked in for lunch 2 minutes after they opened. Seated at a dirty table, food bits on the place mats, table itself was dirty, food all over the floor, as if they hadn't bothered cleaning the night before. The place smelled strongly of a locker room, I don't know if it's a coincidence that a gym is on the other side of the building. Food itself wasn't great.
Best fried pork egg rolls ever had and both wife and I love siranca mayo they use for dipping. Beef green curry was good and spicy. My wife enjoyed he shrimp pad thai. Some of the best Thai food I have had. The Thai ice tea was good. Dropped a star since they were out of bbq pork fried rice and eggplant triple flavor.
This place is a Gem. Everything on the menu is terrific. The owner knows what he is doing and it's my new favorite place.
Best thai I've had in boulder or Lyons, and the crispy eggplant 3 spice dish was amazing and I'm not eggplant fan. Really great food.
Great little restaurant in Prospect. I ordered take out - terrific food. Can't give ya five stars, you got the order wrong - I'd ordered a different dish than what was in the bag - but it was delicious! I'm definitely going to be a regular - MUCH better food, and WAY better customer experience than Thai Kitchen.
Just loved this place. The drinks were amazing and the food was even more amazing.
Ordered their curry and cheese wontons as a pick up order and was so disappointing when we got home to see how little food we got for $25. There are so many other Thai restaurants in the area you can get just as good if not better Thai for a much better price.
Fantastic food and very reasonable prices! Staff was very friendly and service was prompt.
Enjoyed our dinner. Very cozy and friendly place. Highly recommend.
Panang curry and drunken noodles were amazing. Owner Paul was born and raised in Thailand and is so friendly and helpful. Great authentic food. We will be back!!
Yet another delicious meal at one of our fav go-to places in Prospect.
The food was flavorful and the service was very friendly.
Food quality is decent. Waaaaay too expensive for what you get in terms of size.
We both had great dishes - love the green curry! Nummy cocktails, too! And Joe is the best!
This place can be some of the best thai food ever. Try the Tom Kha and the Chicken Satay salad.
If you want very unexciting food at a high price, with non existent service then this is the place for you. Completely unimpressed, will not be back. Not sure how it s received so many good reviews the two tables across from us didn t seem thrilled with their food or service either.
Terrible thai iced tea, disappointing food. Certainly not authentic.
I don't know many places that cater to excellence like urban thai does. I ordered fpod over the phone and had a friend pick it up for me because I am sick as a dog. Then We got the soup! The Tom Yum soup has always been amazing and this one time it seemed to be missing something little. I called in just to clairify if my taste buds were numb due to sickness or if it indeed was missing something the owner himself immediately rectified the concoction and sent way for my house 25 minutes north of the restaurant. He himself delivered my soups and they came just as expected! They have heart in their customer service.
What a little treasure in longmont. They have free refills on Thai Iced Tea which is very uncommon. When they say hot they mean HOT!
Elegant, Asian-fusion atmosphere with authentic Thai recipes.
Great food, especially sitting at open door brewery with great beer.
The staff was super friendly and attentive. I don't get much time for dinner between work and my evening commitments and this place is quick and delicious. Also, giant portions! Sharing a dish isn't a bad idea here.
Great place to have popular Thai food like the Masaman Curry, Red Curry or the ubiquitous pad-thai. I especially loved the Masaman curry.
I really like Urban Thai. The food is great, the restaurant is cool and Edward and Paul are wonderful hosts.
This is amazing food. It is very small but soooo delicious. Be careful with the spicy scale, it's hotter than you think
Cute. Not a lot of veggies in their dishes. Very nice staff. Average thai food in my opinion. The tea was very nice.
Very good very clean the wait staff was very prompt I suggest this place to anyone
Really cute location. Very clean. Nice staff and excellent food. You must check out this area of Longmont. It's like a little downtown area very modern and clean.
They do an awesome job with brows and lashes... whether you want extensions or a lash lift.
Funky little place. Service and food were excellent. Definitely warrants another trip.
Our server was attentive and friendly but we found the food very bland, even though we ordered it as spicy as possible.
Pretty decent Thai food with a chic atmosphere. Solid place to eat in Prospect.
We had a great experience at Urban Thai this evening. We ordered the masaman curry and pork pad thai w level 3 spice. Both dishes were very good. What truly stood out was the service and desserts. The mango mousse and thai flan w blue sticky rice were fantastic.
Bottomless Thai Iced Tea? Yes, please! (Maybe a little too sweet and a little too milky for my tastes, but still good.) The Thai Fries were okay. You can't really go wrong with fries, though I found them too sugary and the dipping sauces didn't really work for me. The lemongrass chicken was good. It's served "deconstructed": the grilled chicken breast chunks along with rice and little cups of cashews and a green chili sauce. It's a nice lighter option. We also had the pad kee mao which was tasty with tofu and some bright vegetables. Spice level 3 was good for us and was a comfortable medium-spicy.
Food was exceedingly mediocre. We got takeout and not only was it pricey the pad see ew had way too much pepper and garlic. Left a bad after taste in my mouth. Just wish it was a little better.
The space is cozy and has a certain Urban chic vibe going, without pretension. The menu offers a good variety of dishes but not so huge that you wonder how they keep everything fresh. I asked what the Thai style fried egg is: runny yolk with crispy edges. I asked for the yolk to not be runny and to turn up the crispiness. Did not disappoint. Service was great. My only complaint is that pricing seems a bit high.
Not very pricey .. Good choice of vegetarian options. Very slow service and very oily food ..
My wife hated the place .. It was ok for me ..but not good good
The best restaurant. Customer service is truly unmatched. Had a third party delivery fall through, and the owner brought it to my door, himself. Curry is incredible, as well.
I make it a habit to come here every time I'm in town. Friendly servers, delicious food, and a fun environment. I try something new every time and am never disappointed. Xander was my server this most recent time, and I was well taken care of. I cannot recommend this place enough.
This is first time we got take out and was not very good.... Both tried a different dish... Very skimpy on the chicken... Also had chicken wontons... Not much chicken in them
The food was great, our waiter Joe was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Joe for the recommendations, they were right on.
