I waited for an hour. For a very solid and rational reason, I was incredibly sad and could not control my crying. I got a great advice saying that I should cry, it is healthy. I asked for a medicine to help me, they gave me product for 2 days- saying I can get dependent if I have it longer. I haven t seen anyone who gets dependent in 2 days. These people are not there to help, they are not performing their job. I am sad for the time I lost!! And for the fee I paid.

Bad! Patients are left alone, nurses are only medication providers, unmotivated and useless for anything. The patients vegetate to themselves and when therapies fail they all just hang around. In short: this is not therapy, this is a demotivating filth. Better go to Sonnenhalde, the best decision of my life.

Despite the ban, we smoke on the clinic grounds. Incompetence is concealed by simply releasing patients when the doctors are at a loss. Aperos, organized by doctors, are celebrated with alcohol right across the street from the addiction clinic. It is not for nothing that this shop has such bad reviews. I've been waiting for a doctor's report for over 3 months ...

I was here in the evening on the emergency. I was treated friendly and sensitive. It was helpful. It shocked me that in the evening a single doctor is responsible for the whole operation and also has to look after the emergency service. Great respect for this achievement.

Everything will be fine. Maybe not today, but someday. At the moment I have neither the time nor the colored pencils .. to explain that to you, I said to my boss when I retired a year earlier.
After all, the number of people who have given themselves the handle in recent years would be so significant that it is worth thinking and acting - instead of persisting in self-pity and blind actionism.

My cheese was stolen and the keepers prefer to eat Nutella bread rather than worry about it.

Only after the recession came a second piece of cheese.

Of course I will not change this because this was not my cheese but just a new piece. Possible bribe attempt because of the bad recession not excluded.

Experience comes from 2016.
The clinic itself is good, you are treated very well there. What had annoyed me so much was that especially in the evenings, people smoke and smoke on the area, among other things. If you make the responsible staff (e.g. security guards!) Aware of this, you only get to hear that the problem is known, but there is nothing you can do about it. Maybe that has changed or improved in the meantime.
Friendly greetings

I can only speak of the crisis intervention and acute care, one of which was great, the other rather mediocre-bad. The acute ambulance is definitely recommended. The crisis intervention rather not, since unfortunately no doctor is present 24 hours, which would be important for a crisis intervention. If so, the doctors are psychiatrists, even on the crisis intervention.

Unfortunately, not all patients are treated equally, of course it is good to deal with each individual individually, but respect for the other person should be given, in my case, it was not the case. Not the same on every station. I am traumatized by psychiatry, the same applies to the Liestal Clinic.

Regarding department VTS:
If you live in a good partnership / marriage and your partner has psychological problems, then these people manage to destroy this partnership. The environment is given little consideration and no consideration, therapy hours are often cut off and drugs are given in high doses or prescribed. Relapse rate in my opinion after very high.
This clinic has destroyed our lives - Thanks for the misused trust!
