I make a trip to Universal every year and it never disappoints. From the world class rides and shows to the atmosphere, food, and souvenirs, it lets me be a kid again for the whole trip. They generally do a great job of handling the queues and there are plenty of places to get out of Florida's punishing daytime temperatures. If you're into horror movies, Halloween Horror Nights is a must - it's the best event of its kind.

This was probably the worst hotel I stayed at. Being in Orlando , and having three at least theme parks, there's only one person that will assist you in purchasing your tickets. The staff in all honesty, could care less if your needs were met. I've never been disappointed in Holiday Inn Express, but this was the worst. For the price you pay, there's no continental breakfast , I didn't see a vending machine. It was just way below my standards considering it was a Holiday Inn Express

Very fun. I think this park should actually be the one to be called the most magical place on earth. Islands of Adventurers is based on the books and Universal is based on the Movies. It's entirely thrilling. All of your favorite Movies and Books come to life. Universal has an excellent attention to detail which brings you right into whatever and wherever you are at. The Harry Potter Areas are extremely cool. I have not seen all of the Harry Potter Movies but I can imagine the people who are big fans how exciting this park is for them because it's literally like they are in the movie, it's so amazing it makes me want to watch all of the films. Employees are in character as well and the Lines are and have always been THE coolest lines on earth. Put Universal and IOA on your Bucket List. It's an experience of a lifetime!

It is very tough to congest the entire Universal Orlando Resort into one listing to review, however just like most locations within the complex, the overall resort is nothing short of 5 Stars. I have stayed at all 3 Select Hotels, visited both parks and all they have to offer and enjoyed City Walk to the fullest. So much family fun to be had. Always a pleasure to visit. #universalstudios

I mean this is a theme park. If you dont like it is just simple because you do not like theme parks at all. The parks offer entertainment for everyone. I own a annual pass because I think is cheaper to go a lot that way. Even my family that are from puerto rico buy the cheapest annual pass, because if you go at least 6 times at year you pay for all of them at once.

The exceptional resort with a vast variety of rides and shows all set out for the customer to thoroughly enjoy their visit to this wonderful place, the staff again go out of their way to be helpful as no problem is to big or small for them to solve. They have a customer service team of exceptional personnel that I must say made it a pleasure for me personally to call upon to solve a minor problem which they did in a very professional manner.

Universal is a must visit for fans of Marvel and Harry Potter! The rides are exciting, especially the Incredible Hulk, but beware of the long waits in the summer. This is a great way to relive some of your childhood movies....but at a cost of course! The food, drinks, and memorabilia are quite overpriced and the cost of the ticket leaves a bit to be desired!

The post online stated that brakefast was included, but when i was checking in, the resecsionist lady said that due to the corona virus situation and other health regulations breakfast was cancel.
My problem is not the health regulations, it just would be nice if this hotel takes the breakfast part of the online post to avoid any surprises at the time of checking in.
Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Universal Resort is full of surprises. You can find food like pizza, Panda Express, sea food, hot dogs, mexican food etc. There s a chocolate factory. Great experience to be with family. Also have a cinema. The parking is expensive. $20.00 to be exactly but you can go every places named.

We spent the entire day at Universal Orlando Resort absorbing as much as humanly possible. I posted a separate review for Islands Of Adventure, so this review is specially related to Universal Studios.

My recommendations:

Take the Hogwarts Express (If you have a two park pass)
Toothsome Chocolate Emporium (Order a shake)
Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts
Visit Diagon Alley
Horror Make-Up Show
Race through New York with Jimmy Fallon
The Simpsons (Do everything imaginable)
Revenge of the Mummy

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Me and my wife were having a great time with our great-grandkids. We let them play on a ride and went to look at a roller coaster.

And Ethan we see.... EMMA WILLIS! She was riding a ride menacingly with a camera filming here. She was making disturbing sounds and waving her hands around maniacally.

I warned my great-grandkids to get of the ride IMMEDIATELY! While I was shouting that her cheez crushed me and Mildred. We were transported to hospital.

If you get a notice that EMMA WILLIS is cummings here, don't visit. She's a danger to everyone. Anyways nice place.

ProTips: 1. Ask for the tour at Men in Black - you get to go down and play on the set. 2. Rip Ride Rocket - press down the icon on the top of the screen instead of selecting a category. After holding for 10 sec, release and a key pad will appear. Type 302 for "I want you back" by the Jackson 5 to play.

The park is wonderful. Staff is excellent. Characters are on point. Dont like the fact that there are no charging stations for electronic devices. They make you pay for battery packs, 30 dollars, after having spent several hundred on tickets. That's not right. It should be a courtesy. People take lots of pictures and use the app for the park. Come into the times. Oh, and if it's raining, you should be supplying ponchos not charging people 10 dollars each for one.

Harry Potter World is super well done. If you're a big fan, it's very exciting to step into the world. The magic wands are a great touch (if you don't mind spending the money).

The rest of the park is pretty good, but I think Harry Potter World is the gem. The Spider Man ride is a lot of fun too. Worth noting, I'm more into the immersive rides rather than just thrill.

The rides were so much fun, but the staff leaves alot to be desired. Several employees working the rides were downright rude. We pay a ton of money to enjoy the parks only to be met with attitude and impoliteness from some of the staff. The food is pricey, but expected. Lots of character meet and greets which was a blast. Overall, we had a good time! If they get rid of those individuals who clearly don't enjoy or value their jobs, would be a great experience.

I absolutely loved the parks. Although, you do 3 to 4 days because i had 2 days and i realised how much i missed. Meaning, i only did the hulk one and rip ride rocket once. Also volcano bay is the best and go the drop slide. Also, go on Spiderman and also doctor dooms fearful is the best

While I love the rides and shows, it is not worth going without a fast pass which costs an extra hundred per person. Standing in line for 2 hours per ride doesn't make for the magical family experience we were hoping for when we shelled out so much for tickets. Take a note from Disney and make the fast pass available to everyone!

I think I am just getting too old for the park. I used to love it back when I was in middle/high school, but going back as a 27 year old the rides felt mediocre at best, all same style. Park is definitely more about the cinematography experience as opposed to thrills so if you're a thrill seeker this is not for you. Didn't help we went there when it was like 37-50 degrees outside this year in January which is unusual for Florida so it made the experience a bit worse. Food is definitely overpriced as is the whole experience being here. I'll be back with my son when he is old enough to enjoy it but definitely not again for my own thrills.

I'm a Harry Potter fan so of course I loved Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Transformers and Kong are another favorites. Parking is easy to remember due to themed areas. Using the dining options are a great way to save money and makes it easier to choose where to eat. If you get a chance to visit around Christmas there's a spectacular light show.

Traveled down to Orlando for a concert and decided to go to Universal for the day. I would reccomend going as early as you can to avoid long lines. Harry potter world is a lot less busy at night so save it for last! You can bring your own snacks and drinks but I would definitely get a frozen butter beer or two if its hot out. Had such a magical day I can't wait to go back. Well worth $100 !

We did two night Halloween Horror Nights
Through some of the Horror houses where not as good as past years, but as always they are well put together. I also found the street zones not as good as pasted years, it is still a great night out.
The live show villains of Academy was where the price, best show in years,

The park is in my humble opinion the best park in Florida. If you are a total mark for movies and industry, Universal gives you every bang for your buck. The Halloween season is especially fun. They are also adding a new Nintendo section which should really be nostalgic.

I like both Disney and Universal, but Universal geared more toward older kids and Adults. Not great for kids. Parks are clean, employees very friendly, hotels are new and also clean. Plus if you go when its summer or crowded you can enjoy that your family is not as dysfunctional as you thought as you watch people who spend way too much fight their family to get those perfect pictures

This new thing where you have to put a fanny pack or purse in a locker is discriminatory against people who have disabilities the walk all the way over to the locker and all the way back and it really adds a lot of exhaustion to our day that we otherwise shouldn't have had. I understand security and I understand safety why don't we screen people when they first come into the park which I know we do but go through that is overkill. It took a toll on us.

The lack of people right now is amazing.
First time annual pass holders and we love it.
If you've grown tired of the same old disney stuff, universal is definitely the next step in adulthood haha.
Due to Covid the park is fairly empty right now so it was an amazing day.

This place is awesome! It is a great place for the thrill seeker! The rides were amazing and with the 3D glasses on rides like the Transformers, MIB, Fast and Furious, and others it takes it to another level. We had a wonderful time. We were there for the Mardis Gras festival and the parades were so pretty and actually better than a lot of the floats that you see in New Orleans for the festival! The park is well kept and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the all you can drink option and we used that and there are filling stations everywhere! We also really liked the fast pass option. This place is great for kids and the kid at heart. The Harry Potter area is really great, and while I am not a huge fan of the books or movies, I appreciate all that went into it. The ticket prices are fair and in line with other theme parks in the area. You can really get a lot for your money here. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Great place to go with your family walk around and enjoy all the different dining options in city walk. Theres many lodging options if your looking to stay in the area within in minutes of the theme parks. Amazing night life if your looking to come with your significant other! Great place all around!

Decided to go to the park one late afternoon during some downtime while visiting Florida for business. There were no lines and the place was clean and well stocked. I have visted many amusement parks including Disney a number of times and based on my experience, I believe the Universal employees are more friendly and better trained. I feel like a guest when I walked through the park and I do not always have that feeling consistently at other places. Great family destination for some fun.

Fun , to the level where adults can enjoy some amusement as well. It's my favourite of them all parks, since I can get (and scream) in most of the rides. It is large, lots of food places and crazy rides. A little overpriced but, oh well, we are talking amusement parks of the best quality and safety.

So very well done! Loved all things Harry Potter! Amazingly well done. Very impressed with the food also! Cheers to universal for offering vegetables and making them all part of the theme experience.
Beats our trip to disneyland by far! Highly recommend and hope to do it again!

I enjoyed my day at Universal. It was very expensive, but that is to be expected. The Harry Potter part of the park was great. Looks like the real Diagon Alley.

A lot of great shows. We really enjoyed the Horror movie makeup show.

All in all, I recommend this park.
