The worst insurance company I have dealt with in my 61 years. Their idea of customer service is a form letter saying you are cancelled after 6 weeks for not a good reason.

Buyer beware. This is not a decent insurance company. Claim to be a Vermont Company . They do not have Vermont values. Was loyal customer for 18 years. Dropped me after 4 claims in 4 years after I paid dearly for local. Two were minor fender benders, 1 was not the fault of my daughter. Disgraceful....

2 claims in in 13 years at almost $5000/year and they drop you like a hot potato. I guess they are only in the business to make money and don t care about their customers. Stay away. Find someone else.

I was a good customer for 9 years, with only one minor claim and they just dropped me because the sweet dog I've had for 5 years already is 1/4 german shepherd. They had no interest in understanding the dog's actual nature or finding a solution or options for coverage.
