Small store but have lots of collection, including collabs. staffs are friendly, speaks english, and encourages you to try and look around, they even encourage you to unfold folded shirts in shelves. overall i have best urban brand experience here. looking at bad reviews from this place, please be aware that purchases are non refundable. and staffs reminded me several times.

This place is the worst store in Osaka.
I went to get refunds there. But they refused to! Actually I only bought the shoes the before yesterday, and also I brought the recipt!
And the price is higher than other stores. That s why I tried to get refund. Anyway, the staffs were not kind. Everything was bad! If I go to Osaka again, I will avoid to go this store!!

Very untouristy and alot of other boutique stores around this area. This area is called Orange Street.

Enjoyed my visit to Undefeated Osaka. Communication is never an issue as most of them speak fluent English. I was served by Japanese cool dude with killer dreadlocks, great guy. The shop close at 8pm but due to my indecisiveness i've stayed till 815pm however everyone in the store remains friendly and pleasant. Overall superb service & experience. its location may be a little hard to find but its just around the corner, keep walking ... ...

Extremely friendly staff who will do everything to help you! Very cool and unique clothes. Definitely check this store out if you can!

I had a fun and talented conversation with a friendly and cheerful employee and got me a Force 1 cocoa. Tax refund will. Take your passport. The clerk does not speak English well.

I love Undefeated Osaka! Extremely clean and tidy shop, friendly staff, they know what they are selling and you can have a talk with them (if not too busy) about next releases and even completely sneakers unrelated stuff.
Located in a very shopping crowded street, it's always a pleasure to line up for a new pair of shoes!

Not a honest shop. Bought over 30k yen stuff, said cannot claim tax free even though shop displayed tax free logo. Told me to claim at airport when it is not possible to claim. Foreign buyers beware, demand your tax claim back if not staff there will take it.

Small boutique with a variety of products from home brand of undftd items to collab products. Best retail service received so far. Trendy and awesome crew on the ground engaging customers. Makes you feel like home. Fashionable folks who know their stuff especially my G with dreadlocks. A pity i missed his name but will never forget his looks and his contagious enthusiasm. Speaks good english as well. A must visit in Osaka. The service is so much different from rest. Kudos!

If you want this garbage andy apparel that you can't even draw points by buying garbage apparel with a malicious tying method, you may think that you should buy it there because it is all below the list price at the auction. , It's ridiculous to buy at the store, the correspondence is not so good

Nice staff and a pretty lit shoe collection! Some Adidas Consortium shoes were available as well as Jordan's.

It doesn't even exchange after one day. I'm not going back .. There was a voice yelling at me. No serious words

Great store if you re looking for more limited edition/collaboration shoes! Retail staff were really polite too and tried their best to attend to me although it was really crowded. They were really polite too. Highly recommend!!!

Felt uncomfortable asking to try new things because they told me no first but I guess they changed their minds all of a sudden. Even though they knew I was purchasing I still felt umcomfortable trying on more items. I wanted to try on more things but I couldn t try on it to see the fit so I don t know how am I suppose to buy them without knowing the fit. Also I realized she didn t offer me a tax return or even handed me a receipt so I can get my tax return because she knew I was a foreigner. The girl looked upset because I didn t purchase the items I tried on even though I brought 75% of them items I brought. Was not satisfy from the customer service.
