Real pizza in the centre of New York, went three times during the week!!!!

Opened google maps and saw this place. Went inside and got two slices. Started eating the first before I even got to snap a pic. This some damn good pizza. Go here.

Good pizza! The buffalo chicken was probably my favorite of theirs.

Good Pizza. Close to grand central- quick walk up Vanderbilt Ave. They have different slices- Chipotle chicken, buffalo chicken grandma's grandpa's etc

Visiting from the UK on my holidays and come across this friendly pizza place. It was great food, fast service, and best pizza I have had in a long time.

Classic NYC pizza. Delicious toppings, amazing cheese, and an irresistible crust that's good to the last bite. I know a pizza is top notch when I don't have to dip it in ranch. We enjoyed the food and staff so much that we came twice in three days.

P.S. The Brooklyn Lager compliments the pizza nicely.

I placed an order at 12:30, it took a very long time for the order to be delivered, plus order arrived incomplete and the food was TERRIBLE AND COLD!
I don't recommend ordering from this place!

My partner and I headed here shortly after arriving in NYC after a long trans-Atlantic flight. We'd been looking forward to trying one of NY's most famous gastronomic specialities, and this was the closest to our hotel with a good rating so we headed over. I had a slice of plain cheese pizza, and a slice of the aubergine one, and both were absolutely fantastic; the crusts were nice and thin and crispy along the bottom. Service was really good too; the servers were very friendly and the food arrived quickly. They have a decent selection of beers too.

This place is a joke! we ordered 4 pies, 3 order of calamari and 3 order of salads at 10AM for our meeting and told them to be delivered at 12:30.....I ended up picking the order up at 2PM! I had a room full of hungry people. Do not order from this place, there is an old guy, i guess he is the cook and he was so rude and unprofessional. This place is so not recommended. Service SUCKS!..keep telling us 10 minutes....10 minutes.....

Delicious. Been in NY for 9 days and I visited this place twice. The environment is cozy and comfortable. The food is really good, I ordered the buschettas and the goat cheese pizza. I will definitely come back next time I visit NY.

The pizza is "good", without being excellent. But the people who work there have no idea what customer service is.

Kind and helpful then we are in NY the pizza was not too bad even the soup spent in 3 with 2 pizzas margherita a soup 2 beers 1 water 2 coffee and a sweet 50 $ including tip.

Consistently good and open all the time. During the lunch rush there's a wait in line, but it's generally worth it. I've only had their slices, but having seen and smelled their other offerings, I can guess they are great too. A little pricey for a slice of pizza, but that's midtown for you.

A nice crunchy margherita slice - slightly pricier because it s a dine in place. It was fresh but the pizza slices should have been larger for the price. Good place for small groups.

It is recommended to eat rich in this place and the attention was the best

Went to NYC recently, I ate at least one slice from Uncle Paul's Pizza every day I was there it was that good. Great service, great pizza. Next time i'm back in Manhattan I will definitely go back to get another slice.

Delicious slice of pizza! Doesn t stand out for any particular reason, but that s a good thing, where you re thinking I d like a slice of pizza and come away with exactly what you want, a slice of pizza that checks all the boxes you d want from a slice of pizza.

Margherita pizza was amazing and the staff was so friendly!

Service was friendly and with a smile. Pizza was hot, delicious, and with a perfect crust. The pepperoni, spinach ricotta, and quatro formagio were simply delightful to eat.

We took a train over to the Grand Central terminal while visiting NYC. It was late, really cold and we were getting pretty hungry. We noticed Uncle Paul's Pizza was literally right down the block and decided to take a chance. After initially going in, the appearance was nothing special, but sometimes the best places are those that don't appear to be. Needless to say, I didn't expect much. But wow, this place was super busy, warm and wonderful. Attentive staff and amazing pizza. If you're close by and want a quick bite, think about stopping at Uncle Paul's.

WOW! I order from there when someone asks for pizza delivered to the office (midtown NYC) and I find them flawless. The pizza they make is what NYC is all about. Just amazing.

I really like the pizza there, we've known it since 2014. Yesterday for the first time we ate there, despite the small environment everything is very practical. The attendants are fast, efficient and attentive.

A great find if you are hungry. Great food and drink in an informal but very comfortable setting.

I'm so happy that we came here. This place is very small and we came during the lunch rush. Although it was busy, the staff moved quickly and efficiently. The food is reasonably priced and it is really good. They offer pizza, pasta, and more but I opted for the pepperoni pizza. This was probably the best slice of pizza I have had in a very long time! Only regret: not getting more pizza!

Every time I visit Manhattan I make a point to eat here! The food is fabulous and it s so close to GCS that it s an easy stroll to get the best pizza ! Staff is great and the food is legit!!!

The pizza here is excellent and rivals the best we have had on previous trips to Italy. Who would have thought that lobster and corn pizza would taste so good? We also tried both salads and desserts here, which were equally as delicious. Service was excellent too and the atmosphere is very cosy and friendly. All good!

Solo work trip---solo dinner; perfect for casual Italian. Will come back.

Good experience! We went there around 9:30 PM and it wasn t so full. Sure - it is a small place but at night, there should be no problems with overcrowding.

Our waitress immediately saw us and greeted us at the door. This hinted that the customer service is good. She seated us at 3 tables due to us being 5 people. There was a family sitting at a 6 chaired table but they left, so we sat there instead.

Food was really good! Due to me not being a pizza lover sadly, I decided that I would eat the pasta. I ate the Fettucine Bolognese (or something like that) and it tasted really good!

Unfortunately, I have to give it 4 stars due to the problems with the hygiene. We were experienced with a fly (which is a red flag immediately for hygiene) and that the restroom was put next to a table (where we sat).

Otherwise, this place was really good!

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sent half of the items we ordered. We called and they said okay we're sending the rest of it after an argument about whether or not we had ordered other items even though it was right there on the receipt. Then 45 minutes later we called again and they said they decided not to deliver it, but didn't tell us and proceeded to blame us for living farther than they want to deliver even though they had just delivered the first half of our order. Never again. I wouldn't recommend it. The food that we did receive was okay.

I had a wonderful time at this place. We liked the extraordinary environment and the food. The staff members are super amiable. I m glad we ultimately managed to try this place.

Uncle Paul's Pizza got the sauce!

The Grandpa Pizza and the Grandma Pizza were heavenly, but the menu doesn't stop there - they have a full menu of Italian delights, from beef carpaccio to squid ink linguine (which I also had and were both delicious). They are as good for a sit-down meal as they are for a quick (actually quick) slice. If you are near Grand Central, skip the food halls and fast casual hubbub. Uncle Paul's is the real deal. And seriously, the best sauce I've had in Manhattan (and it's actually there!).

Manhattan, Midtown especially, is saturated with tourist traps that charge too much, give too little, and have outright bad food. Uncle Paul's is the opposite. The price is right, the potions are generous, and the food is AMAZING!!! Not to mention, the owners and staff are good people, which is reflected in their food and their excellent, efficient service.

BONUS: Come here if you want a cold beer, good food, and WORLD CUP ACTION!

We've been coming to Paul's for years but something has changed with there pizza...little sauce and dry

My personal favorite was the pepperoni pizza. The crust was nice and crispy while the center is still chewy and delicious. The tomato sauce is flavorful with a nice lightly spicy kick and the pepperoni just rounded out the whole thing beautifully.
