I had an average experience with UmeVoice. The voice recognition service had some accuracy issues, but the support team was helpful in resolving them. Overall, an okay experience.

Like most people nowadays, I have to be on video calls (Microsoft Teams) for work meetings several hours each work day. With 2 kids in virtual school, it is often very noisy even if we are separated by doors and walls, since they are also in video calls and talking / listening to other people, often at high volume.

It used to be a challenge to be heard clearly at the other end
with noise in my background. And when other people are speaking,
I would always mute myself to avoid noise from kids in my background
disrupting the meeting.

I have been using theBoom Pro 2 for the past couple of months or so now. I no longer need to mute myself or keep repeating myself,
as the proprietary noise cancelling microphone on TheBoom
cancels out my background noise quite well.
The fact that it's acoustic noise cancelling also reduces the possibility of electronic snafus. With so much dependence on technology particularly during this pandemic, and with the possibility of so many things going wrong (and indeed, often going wrong), I am very happy to have a reliable
noise cancelling headset like theBoom from Umevoice.
