Worst company management.... Don't care about the workers... 10 hours duty + 2 hours travel.. But no overtime given by the company.... I finished my 2 years work here but they didn't finish the process for 1 month to send me back home... I hate this company.. If you are looking for job... Don't select this company... No proper communication skills with people working in the office....

This company isn't following Kuwait labour laws, and humans rights. I'm an employee of this company. Last month company management decided to change duty time from 10 hours to 12 hours without overtime pay. Some Egyptian employees didn't agree and they protest against management. They got deported to home country.. Now its 10 hours without overtime pay and food allowance.
Horrible company staff. No ethics & manners. I had contacted to reach out for Asphalt construction and looks like no body cares for the reputation of the company. Ext. 0 and Ext. 189 and an Indian lady working there - Horrible! They just hang up on the call without listening, they say what they want and hang up on the face, no body assists you to the right person, the reception answers calls and says "Hello" and leaves on hold.... Terrible staff!!!!
10 hrs work time in site without overtime, accommodation by company is bad, every year will have 1 or 2 fire issues in camp. Never join this company...
