You'd think they'd have someone at the front desk instead of a telephone! They also do not have wheelchairs available. This place needs to be reevaluated .

Had a terrible experience at the office. Not only was the doctor OUT OF THE COUNTRY, but they didn't let me know until 20 minutes after I checked in!! Why in the world wouldn't they tell me when I got there? Instead, they made me waste an additional 20 minutes on top of making a wasted trip in the first place. Why didn't they call me to cancel as soon as the doctor made her plans? Simply rude.

Inpersonal -even after two years! Needed a SINGLE question form filled out as part of new hire paperwork and I was told Id have to schedule a $100 out-of-pocket visit. So you litterally wont put a check in ONE box that says I can bear the strain of office work ...unless you get paid!?! They've also refused to refill (NOT pain) medications unless I came in for a visit. Go elsewhere -trust me!

Took my Mom to 222 Piedmont building on 8/13 2pm appt to see her eye doc (CEI). Black woman at elevator checking people in was not even wearing her mask over her nose or mouth. Pic is a little blurry but mask is on her chin. My Mom is 89 years old. How careless of the UC Health Physicians administration. 2nd photo is on the way out and she is asleep.

New to UC health, this waiting area is disgusting at best..

Miss Rollins was great and so was reception but I stood while waiting..

This is for dr Heather McKee , she doesn t listen just speaks ..... I told her I had opioid problem after she said that s what s causing my saizures, said I wanted off everything then she Retracted her satment saying that s not how this works ... she s taking advantage of the opioid crisis and trying to convince I could only imagine how mAny addicts they have epilepsy when they just have an addiction problem!!!!
