My most favorite library on campus especially since you can get things done in a quiet environment. Computers are available on every floor and its big floor plan accommodates a space for every student

Disgusting over crowded cliquey racist library with students of the same ethnicity stealing entire sections for their own group. Not enough space to study.
nice coffeshop. Lot's of students with their laptops. Good coffee and nice big patio! The staff is friendly. I really liked the atmosphere.
thanks to whoever stole my backpack when i left it out for literally 2 minutes while i was getting a book. had my laptop and wallet in it. not a safe place
Great place to go to do work and instead get distracted by memes for four hours.
I tried to go to the "mainstacks" section on floor 3 for pancakes, but turns out it's not a pancake house. disappointment.
If you're in the libraries, nice place for drinks like fresh squeezed orange juice. The front opens up to the outside with a terrace.
Great place to work and study. The only problem is probably the lack of space.
Cannot rate fairly without knowing whether (or not) they are, in fact, open to the public at all.
I love how this library is always open late nights and Sundays when nowhere else is and you need to print something for Monday morning. Also, they have both a good computing center and a nice area to study in groups
This rating is only for The 4th and 5th floors of Moffitt.
These floors are really nice. A lot of thought went into making them a great study space. I love that everything is nice and new, and that they let in food and drinks and allow collaboration.
My only complaints are that the bathrooms are not always as clean as they should be (with toilet paper and paper towels on the ground, dirty toilets, overflowing waste bins) and the middle spaces on each floor seem like a waste when tables could be used to create more seating. As a result the wide open space is only used by a select DL few students who like sitting on the ground.
Summary based on many visits over years:
--usual drinks and sandwich, breakfast pastry food
--friendly staff
--usual prices
--limited bathroom facilities
--popular, often too popular
--no close-by parking
--outdoor terrace pleasant on warm days
My Grades say thank you! The 4th and 5th floor is beautiful
Moffitt has a special place in my heart. I have spent countless sleepless nights studying in the nook on the fourth floor, or in the more private 1st floor. The reason why I only gave it 4 starts it that even though I absolutely love it, there is something very odd and dysfunctional about how the fourth and fifth floor are set up: large open area in the dead middle of the floor, surrounded by benches. It is a ridiculously poor decision considering the thousands of students that need a place to study: a better arrangement would be to have tables scattered around the center with a lot more chairs, instead of letting students figure it out.
And by 'figure it out' I mean that students have to steal chairs wherever they can, and pray to get a table. there is no guarantee that you will be able to study at moffitt, considering how busy it is. After closing the computer section on the first floor, a lot more people will have to share the 30 or so computers between 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. Not great, but still my favorite place to study
After years of being promised a 24/7 study space (since my admission in Fall 2014), Moffitt is finally open 24/7 during week days.
Fanstastic place to study if you like silence. The wide underground complex would be great to play tag in, but for now you can enjoy the anxiety and stress that permeate the air around testing. Competition for seats can get really heavy around those times as well, so be prepared to arrive early to grab a seat!
