Two kings tickets

I recently purchased tickets from twokingstickets.com for a concert I was looking forward to attending. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to find and purchase the tickets. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service. I had a few questions about the event, and when I reached out to the company, it took longer than expected to receive a response. Additionally, the ticket prices were slightly higher compared to other ticket vendors I checked. On a positive note, the tickets were delivered on time and were valid. In terms of improvement, I would suggest enhancing their customer support and considering more competitive pricing. While my experience was satisfactory, I don't think I would choose this company again unless they make some improvements.
