I have been working with Tuatara Structures for over three years now and am impressed with their progress in building a cohesive, enthusiastic team and the way they are so focussed on delivering their product in full and on time. Admittedly the elements aren't always on their side (particularly in the Queenstown/Wanaka area) however their focus on customer satisfaction no matter what is something to behold.
I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone looking for a solid, durable, well finished building for the commercial, agricultural and industrial sectors, for owner occupier or lease - they stack up well for investors particularly due to their competitive build price and the speed they get them up. Well worth contacting them if you are looking in this market. .
