However, I found the customer service to be lacking. 😐 The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I felt like my questions weren't fully addressed. 😔 Additionally, I had a few issues with the booking process. It seemed a bit disorganized, and I had to provide the same information multiple times. 😕 On the positive side, the package I booked was reasonably priced and the accommodations were satisfactory. The holiday itself was enjoyable, but I expected a bit more from the company in terms of service. Overall, ttcspain.com offers an average experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
