I bought a remand Canon fuser in August 2018 which failed in October 2018, the replacement for that one failed in March 2019. I was told it had a 6 month warranty, it only made it 5 months. I was told the label on the fuser indicated it was bought in 2016, I've never bought anything from them before Aug 2018. The sales rep Steven basically told me I was SOL and they would not do anything to resolve the issue.
I would never recommend them and would give them 0 stars but I had to choose 1.
