Trotting® is a new physical activity that moves the idea of spinning to running.
It is a revolutionary way of understanding and applying career training, from a much more social and recreational point of view, nullifying the idea of "going for a run bores me".
Trotting consists of changing the rhythm of the race according to the musical rhythm, therefore, the musical session is what determines the intensity of the effort. For this they use a speaker backpack designed by Trotting®.
