We are in 52 days and still not paid. Saying they will not cancel and reissue until 60 days in then we have to pay the $40 Cancel fee. I would like to know they issued in first place....
for as loading, we was over loaded by 6,000lbs at first, made them take one stack off! Delivery spot was terrible to get into!! already was a cheaper load and Now 60 or more days to get paid! Ready to just say forget messing with them and turn it over
Ive tried talking to them but just short and wait!!
Now we are 78 days into this! Have been spoken to like I m in the wrong and still not paid. Was told on Monday that I would be paid and Thursday still nothing! I will be turning it over! I was told today that it wasn t put in Monday and they are putting in today but I have to pay the whole 40 dollars stop payment fee so if I have to pay that why didn t I get the choice to do that in May, I ve waited because they told me I had to for them to pay or pay half. Not understanding why this has been so hard to get paid on but very unprofessional handled! So please contact me! And to the owner that commented below, sorry to tell you but I have been talking to your team and they say their doing something to get it paid but nothing and before they kept telling me to wait wait wait so I did and now nothing then I get hung up on after being talked to like I was a child and in the wrong. So to all that is looking for honest reviews!! Stay away from this company!

Very bad experience with them!
Please don t trust this company they give you a load and they cancel on you just because they got someone to cover and they leave you with out a load they even called me back offer me more money for the load to take it. And I told the lady my driver will talk it and they decided to give it to and other driver, and I bet for less money this is bull that they don t keep their word plus the lady was so rude and just said good bye..

My experience with Trident has only been positive. In the midst of this crazy pandemic and how it has affected carriers, I have only noticed consistency of service from Trident. Jake Wilson has been a pleasure to work with and super responsive when we need help with anything. Greatly appreciate everything they have done to support us to be able to support our customers.

Pretty much very simple they ll give you whatever you want and then they ll shop around. I ll try to be nice spoke with Chris and his boss Tyler they don t care. Chris has told me no open words that s exactly what they did.

Response I have reached out to you twice on both of the guys and nobody cares so please don t make it look good and review like you care.

It happens that I picked up a load from Houston to Ennis and at Ennis's place they didn't receive it, I had to take it where I picked it up. the deal was for 1600 for the return and only 800 paid. POOR PAY.

Had very bad exprerience with Chase Thornton, we agreed a TONU with him, after 30 minutes when driver left already, and had another load, he stated that shipper will load us, when we were already at the another pick up, and as per Chase Thornton, he told it`s our problem that we booked another load, i hope nobody will deal with a such an unprofessional broker as Chase Thornton, and if his management is reading this review. please leave Your phone number, i would really like to have a conversation regarding Chase Thornton!!! Screenshot attached, and Yes after he just started to ignore....

Broker lied about the load size. After rate con was signed, the load that was being loaded ended up being double the size. So the broker basically said oops I ll send you a new rate con and would not budge to compensate for a load that ended up being double the size that we originally agreed upon.

Trident is ran by a complete amateur. I was booked on load by Chris at trident and their rate con sheet said delivery at 11am. When I arrived I was informed that they do not start taking trucks untill 4:30pm . So there goes my whole day. Wait there is more. Chris also did not inform us that there would be a lumper fee for the load and he did not have the means of sending a com check code for payment. So again Chris is clueless on what he is doing. I will never carry anything for trident transport again. They do not care about us private carriers nor do they respect our time. AMATEURS!!!

Booked a load last week, showed up to get an axle and to my surprise there was an extra pallet that went with it... no extra compensation. Today booked a load, never got a rate con and Andre would NOT answer my calls or messages to confirm the load was given to someone else... made me miss out on other loads and sit empty and waste my entire day... beware of this company
