We joined Transam one year ago. With 20 years of team experience we knew the business. What we didn t know is that this hard work can be much less stressful than we get used to. Polite and friendly office stuff. Flexible work schedule. On time payment. Good customers. Yard, shop and office in one place. Great management takes proper care of the people and the business. Pity we didn t join Transam earlier.

Dan is the Man! Love working with Transam Express (A division of Transam carriers) and use them for my shipping needs every chance i get and he is the reason i use this company as much as i do. I think Dan's service is bar-none and the customer service lades compliment each move with quick and courteous tracing and follow up. If i had to critique something it would be that Monday mornings are a bit of a right off if you want to book freight. Dan doesn't come in until noon Monday and the follow up to email requests is meager. Not nearly enough to sway me from working with this great team!!! Excellent work guys!

I have known Transam for 5 years, when I wasn't a part of company yet. We met with theirs drivers in Vancouver , Calgary very often. When I came to Transam as an owner operator I wasn't surprised that the company developed to the one of the best on market. Friendly atmosphere, professional and intelligent stuff in departments, good cooperation between disputch and drivers, introduction of new technologies, great marketing - that is a key of success. The most important for me as a driver - nobody pushing you - go this time or that time. You can manage your schedule which is better fit for you.

My Husband & I were very Blessed the day we found Transam. He had 45 yrs OTR experience most of it as Team & when we married I asked him to train me & the rest is history! We have been a Team ever since! I had 15 yrs exp when we found Transam, following many months off due to medical issues. It has turned out for both of to be the best move either of us ever made! Ever since our 1st contact with Katrina, we knew that we had found our New Home! They flew us out from Alberta for orientation, led by James Taylor who was incredibly patient & kind! Everyone here are the same which has made working here with them an amazing experience! Our Dispatch Team are also very kind & patient & both of us have never worked with such polite Folks...that actually say "please & Thank You"! Amazing! Our Shop Manager, Pavel is also very responsive to our needs & requests...with a smile! The Mechanics, are incredibly knowledgable & capable led by Illya who we seriously think can fix anything!!! They have all treated me like a Lady with all the attributes of true Gentlemen at all times! So, all in all, if the person reading this is searching for not only a Job but a New Home then in our humble opinion, you will find it here with Transam! 5 Stars indeed!!!

I have been using transam for 6 years and never failed me, they've proved to me to be the best for any job, and Vlad he is great with his communication and the satellite tracking is right on!

I worked for Transam Carriers a few years ago for about 3 years, and the only reason i left was that i moved to USA. Transam is the BEST company that i worked for in my 18 year driving career. This company is as organized, as hospital surgery room or space shuttle. Respectfull and polite owner Dima will always hear your problem out and will fix it asap. If you ask for salary increase and you deserve it, you'll get it. No such thing as: "..maybe later, maybe next year or market is slow, gotta wait a bit."
Dispatch, accounting, safety, know how to do their job.

Safety staff is the real role-playing artists. They make their rules and implament a lot of bureaucracy and funny courses which gonna keep your blood pressure higher if you have lower :-)

Dispatch, payments, mechanics are good enough
Administration and human resources show their real background and attitude when you decide to leave them.
They are not responding for official request of insurance brokers and companies which looking for confirmation of your experience.
They are not the worst but getting worse, purse-proud and overweening.
What you can do.... At least do not erase truly reviews from company site and stars will fade accordingly

Out of my 16 years of driving experience for a lot of other places, TransAm is the right place to be. Great Dispatch. Great customs and safety department. Great office staff. Amazing owners.
