If you have MAC, stay away !!! I can't sign ANAF documents because their application is only available for Windows. And the 3 people from the support I talked to in the last months annoyed me, and I am very hard to annoy! A lady was even complaining to her colleagues about how stupid I was during the call ...
At the same time, they did a very good job of issuing the remote certificate. I didn't have to travel, everything online. That's why I offered two stars instead of one.

Their solution doesn't work on the Mac, although people don't mention it anywhere. Customer service is a disaster, they have some people there who have no idea what world they live in. The solution for those who support my problem with the Mac is to buy a Windows computer. I'm sorry that I bought the certificate on the company, otherwise I would complain about the buyer's protection, so I'm thinking of suing them!
