The Service :
Amidst the multitude of free or ad-supported listing services online, Cycle Trader's $9.99 fee per listing seems..... old fashioned. Turns out this is what $9.99 gets you.

*72 hour delay for ad to be reviewed and approved
*Rude, pushy and unhelpful support staff
*4 pictures maximum, no video without upgrade to $29.99 plan
* A bunch of fake reviews on the parent company's review page!

unable to get a hold of anyone . 4 phone calls and no return calls .

Horrible people to deal with. Took 6 phone calls and 5 emails to get a copy of our agreement. The copy sent expired over a year ago. When a whole section of my inventory wasn't getting posted on customer site I was basically told too bad not there problem. They are quick to take your money and quick to shift blame. Very inconsistent answers between different employees. Hard to keep track of who said what when everyone is lying. Currently spending over $2,000/month and still getting treated like garbage. Save your money this company is super shady and certainly not worth the money or the headache.

commercial web services is a scam!, a major disconnect from its parent company commercial truck trader. our dealership got 0 results from these services. don't waste your money. were filing suite against this company.
