It is rare I feel compelled to leave a negative review but this company needs to sort itself out. As a smaller business with only about 100 domains / hosting accounts I have had to spent countless hours fixing issues created by the continual changes forced on us by their mergers. Double billing, websites down, email accounts down, DNS issues. I cannot believe they can get away with this without prior warning. They just send a generic email stating they are merging again then soon after my clients call to tell us something else is broken. As an RMM provider this company makes us look really bad. I feel for the companies that have large hosting accounts - it must be a nightmare.
TPP has been going through a lot of changes in the past year or so. I've always been happy with TPP but the customer experience I recently received (shout out to Graeme) was nothing less than exceptional. Helpful and informative. TPP is continuing to evolve and given my experience with the company, I am very pleased to remain their customer.

DO NOT USE, terrible service. took my business email away without even a phone call, apparently sent me an email that went to junk folder for something that could be fixed with a 2 minute phone call. cost me thousands then had to argue with the guy on the phone for over an hour before he would put me through to his supervisor after 20+ requests

I'm a long term member, and can confidently say TPP Wholesale have lifted their game since change of management. When things do go wrong, their support team on live chat are very responsive and quick to resolve. They appear to be technically minded and can resolve things on the fly without needing to escalate. It's actually quicker than calling them now.
