Great vibes, almost flat hierarchy, good for those who loves startup vibes, gives opportunity to learn. Not a paymaster, but considerable compared to other service based companies...

Worst company . They scheduled interview for me it was postponed two times. That was also not give any prior intimation . So this much commitment that company has . SO BE AWARE . I gave one star because it is mandatory to post a review .
Dear readers .This is in regarding campus interview conducted at MVJ college Bangalore (on 11th-july-2016) by TPF software, I saw there were around 500 students (including 2015 and 2016 passed out BE graduates) participated with some hope and enthusiasm and appreciated for giving the drives, but the things were totally different when they saw their 1st presentation that say's they have to pay 3lakhs for training, OMG... they all felt like you people are invading on poor students, this is really despicable, barbaric, where should they have to get those 3 lakhs while they cannot able to afford even for their accommodation, food and transportation, even they were thinking they have wasted our bus charges, why can t you people inform us at the beginning itself, at least it would have saved our 100rs bus fare.. Sic... It seems the idea behind is to make some money in the name of interview, it s just like an another way of corruption...sic... taking an advantage of people inevitability. Sic...
Now I am thinking what is the use of put an effort and getting good academic scores, no value for their perseverance??? Those who have money and get placed, what about others?? What about if all the renowned companies stared to give outsourcing to the firms like TPF software lnc ..
