I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and this incredible firm as a whole. I ve used Brian for two cases and he made both processes smooth, quick and painless. It was a truly divine intervention that I found him. On my first case I had the worst lawyer -probably ever and he was unprofessional, he made my case drag out way to long and didn t communicate with me. So much so he ended up getting me into trouble with court, I was sent to sit the jury box for being contempt of court . Excellent firm and great communication of expectations from the start. Legal options and updates were constantly provided when I requested them, in addition to when they became available from the court.
Mr. Gebhardt was always prompt and thorough in answering my questions and concerns to help elevate stress. He provided his expert opinion and suggestions while not pressuring for any kind of immediate action. He provided updates throughout the process to keep me posted on statuses and allowed time to review/discuss my options.
The process and decision making was not rushed, so that the pending charges would have minimal impact on my personal life and work. I was able to get married and take our honeymoon without interruption or concern. We were ale to resolve the matter when I was ready, when I had my personal matters in order, and was able to get a VERY FAVORABLE result considering the charge and circumstance.
