I've been with this broker for some 5 or 6 years. always a good service cannot really complain to be honest. just renewed it again for another year.
So far today wasted 2.5 hours of my life trying to renew my policy. On hold for 40min then another 50mins pushed from pillar to post. Useless and incompetent, they really do not care. Used to be great but now I would strongly recommend you avoid.

Avoid! If you are unfortunate enough to cancel your policy then they will still keep a very significant portion of your payments, my car died so I decided to take it off the road and I essentially lost the equivalent of 9 months of my policy money. Absolute con artists! Never again
