The individuals are a delight to work with, but the management are very rude, and unprofessional. They really don't want to hear the negative. They want everything to be quiet as far as what goes on inside of the office and staff. If I could,I would give them a half star rating!!

Be very careful before considering this type of job. They are mandated reporters, so anybody that may be trying to sabotage you or your job can easily put you in trouble with the police. My dad has been working here for 11 years and was voted best employee of the year last year. He comes into work as usually July, and they sent him home without even telling him why they were sending him home. Then he randomly gets a call from the police the next day. Now I don t want to go too deep into the case as it is still ongoing, But why work for a place where anybody that could be trying to sabotage you can accuse you of anything and your immediately suspended without them trying to get to the bottom of it first themselves and the police is involved. Even though I know my dad will be exonerated, It s not worth risking your life for these people when they have no respect for their employees.

There are a handful (literally) of good workers who actually care about meeting the needs of the client. Everything else is about looking good for State. Too many Chiefs; not enough Indians. The Chiefs are not on the same page. It is every man for themselves. Everyone is intertwined. Keep to yourself. Everything is not as it appears.

I work here, the clients are so fun and amazing, each and every one of them bring something fun and unique to the job. It's not necessarily easy work but it's very rewarding making a difference in these people's lives everyday.

Great place to work care about employees having a personal life not just a number

It's ok. Pay is super low. You can just about always get hours but it's ok. You definitely have to love the field or work a lot to enjoy your job. The clients are enjoyable
