Really fun place to climb! Whether you are a beginner or a super pro, there was a wall for every climbing level. Equipment rental is on the pricey side, but still worth it if you are staying for a while. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and made the process easy. Would recommend for sure!

I took my partner here for his birthday and we did the beginner lesson. The trainer was very knowledgeable we were able to do a training just the two of us which was nice and intimate. The training was about an hour long and they we were free to be on our own and climb. Lots of opportunities to climb for all levels! Very nice and spacious gym!

I enjoy coming here and really want this place to do well, which is why I give it 5 stars, but it is not perfect. It's my favourite climbing gym in the city because the environment just feels right. I think it's because of the staff and the people that climb here. I just don't feel the same vibe at all with True North and The Hub, but it could also be that this place is far less busy. This place is a bit of an inconvenience to get to if you're taking transit, but it will be much easier to get here after the Eglinton crosstown is complete.

There are some routes that didn't change after many months of not visiting here, but most had changed. For some reason the routes and climbing here feels better for me. Pricing is competitive with other gyms.

Just wanted to say thanks to the folks at TCA for helping me with my intro to climbing! It's something I always wanted to do but never got around to it because I never had anyone to go with. Their beginner lesson was great and easy to understand and taught me all I need to know for top rope climbing and belaying, and also showed me some bouldering basics, and how to use the auto-belays. I bought the two-week membership + lesson package, which is incredibly good value and it includes rentals for the whole time. I love the gym and the staff are always friendly (read: AMAZING), it's a great atmosphere to spend time in. They also have a Facebook group that helps you find a partner, and the other people at the gym are super friendly too if you're there on your own. I'm absolutely hooked on climbing now, and I bought my first pair of shoes today!

We arrived without any experience in rock climbing. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. In 30 min we got our introduction and were climbing by ourselves.
The location has a large area were anyone can find what they want to do - from beginners to advanced.
We had one person who is afraid of hight, and the stuff helped her to find the climbing routes that she enjoyed (not too high but still fun).
It s not just for kids!

Had a wonderful bouldering session on my first visit yesterday. Although it is a smaller gym, the bouldering section was enough for a day pass (not sure about a membership, though). TCA had a variety of climbs for different levels, techniques, and styles, though they do cater a little towards core-strong climbers since most climbs are slightly underhang / cave problems. One more pro is that there are lots of windows so natural light shines on you as you climb. I will visit again!
