Top Prospect Group

Aurey Kaufman was a great guy to have dealt with. He got me an awesome job. He is very professional and always on top of his work. His treatment was superb and I really appreciate what he did for me. All I can say at this moment is THANK YOU VERY MUCH and GOD BLESS YOU. Wish you all the best of luck in your work and keep that personality and it will definitely take you far in life.

Chris Petti has been an excellent coach and mentor for me. She helped me when I first moved to western CT and continues to stay in touch to assist me with my career goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and informed. She works hard to find good matches for both the company and the employee.

Michael from Top Prospect Group has great energy and is always rooting for me. He's friendly, kind, and has moved quickly to help me find my next opportunity. I have enjoyed working with him so much I've shared his information with others.

I definitely recommend Top Prospect Group. My dealings with them have been productive, and they are very resourceful. Top Prospect Group has always been professional, open, and honest. They seem to get a variety of job postings, both contract and perm.

My experience working with Top Prospect Group has been nothing short of superior.
Chris Petti s skills as a recruiter in landing me an outstanding assignment with a great company was a life-changer for me.
Chris is the best that I have ever known in being able to assess the skills and background of candidates and match them with outstanding opportunities. I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone looking to work with a fantastic recruiter. I am now an employer, and would gladly work with Chris in the future for my staffing needs. She will be my first phone call.

Was getting automated texts from them and called to ask a question. They hung up on me before I could even ask.

Aurey has been very helpful. He was very responsive and always on top of it. He constantly stayed in touch with me and the company I was interviewing with about the status of my application. He is very knowledgeable and was there to answer all of my questions. If there was something that he was unsure about, he made sure he found the answer for me and followed up as soon as possible. Top Prospect has been very supportive in every step of the way, including how to get to the destination for the in person interview, how many people I would be interviewed by etc. which helped me calm my nerves and get an offer to a wonderful opportunity.

I have dealt with many, many IT staffing companies and the way Aurey took it to the next level is an understatement. I was always kept informed on what opportunities were available and once we zeroed in on a position he was all in 110 % to get it done. This is without a doubt the best staffing company I ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended.

Aurey Kaufman is the greatest recruiter. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are busy and happy in their roles. He is very personable and comes off as a great friend. His interests are in helping to keep you motivated and makes sure you recognize your goals.

TPG is thorough with their sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation (ahead of interviews). A true leader in the local talent market!
