I have just come from this restaurant. Being served by ceaser. Excellent customer service, very insightful on the menu. Had an amazing time with amazing food 1st time in miami compliments to the chef. Even with the 20 odd customers in the back actin like they were some sort of celebs with the diva attitudes talking aboslutely disgusting to the management team. SHAMEFUL will definately cime back and 10 our of 10

This was the first time that I have been to a Tony Romas. It was awesome. The ribeye was perfect with the right amount of seasoning and fat. Our server was Jason and he was awesome. I highly recommend this place. I am going again tomorrow just to try another menu item.

Giving 4 stars based on most of the staff. Both times we went, we had two young gentlemen for our waiters. They both paid little attention to us, but the rest of the staff stepped up. I believe his name was Manny, but he was a waiter who saw we needed bread and napkins, etc. and was super attentive. He jumped in while our waiter was elsewhere. I do give props to the wait staff attempting their best to deal with so many international tourists with many different language barriers. The food and mixed drinks were delicious both times!!

Stopped in for dinner. The wait staff was very cheerful. Unfortunately the food wasn t very good. The fish and chips tasted like a frozen product. Restaurant decor is very dated. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are many better options in the area.

I'm happy to write a horrible review of Tony Roma's in Sunny Isles Fl. We were greeted by a very flustered hostess who was arguing with another host about seating people. She went to seat us at a table that only had one chair- then said we couldn't sit there because they didn't have ONE other chair. Then she tried to seat us at another table which the other host had already given away. What a mess.
The server never remembered to give us the complimentary bread- so we were pretty hungry by the time the food came. My husband's burger looked great- but the plate had dirty finger prints on it and was clearly unwashed. Unappetizing to say the least.
My filet medallions, broccoli, and mashed potatoes were good- but the ribs, which they are FAMOUS for- were horribly dry and hard. I would have told the server- but we didn't see him for the next 45 minutes.
The restaurant was very crowded- I guess because the food is "safe" like the Outback for example, but even for that is so overpriced. The service was horrible- way too few servers for all the guests that they seated. Otherwise- the restaurant looks new and modern- but very chain-y.

Just had a beautiful experience at Tony Roma's Sunny Isles. My family, friends and I were celebrating my son's high school graduation in one of their private dining rooms. The entire staff including Ray, Karina, Brandon, and Oscar went above and beyond to ensure that my guests and I had a lovely afternoon. The food was delicious especially the bread, potato soup, and Not your Mama's fried chicken! Excellent service! Thank you for making a memorable day extra special! Plan your next event at Tony Roma's Sunny Isles!

We were on 27.5. Eat there in 2019 and unfortunately there has been a lot to the negative changed. We were greeted warmly and escorted to a table outside. Unfortunately, the waiter was an absolute disaster, first he forgot the cutlery, then responded to requests very puny. Furthermore, one must complain that the conditions generally had rather little desire for the work. Garbage was not brought outside, but flew over the entire area and also otherwise the working atmosphere seemed rather undisturbed.

The food was rather good and lived up to expectations.

Maybe it was just a bad day for the team.

First, let me say that this is a work in progress. It's obvious that Management and staff are working hard to restore this iconic restaurant to it's former glory. We were there on a Sunday around 6:00 and it was pretty empty for a Sunday night. We are guessing that patrons have lost faith in the brand and the chain is working hard to restore that faith. The menu has changed from what we all remember and they are adding entertainment on the weekends.

The service was awesome. Our server was Scarlett who was obviously well trained, knew the menu very well and made suggestions. If you go, ask for her and she will take care of you.

As for one of the new menu items, I tried the new chilli. I can honestly say it was the best chilli I have had in a long time. It's made with BBQ ribs and pork.

We we're a little disappointed in the famous onion loaf. The portion is much smaller than it used to be and the onions are cut much thicker than in the past which caused the batter to not be cooked completely in the center. The manager, Matt, was very gracious and removed it from our check.

I had the famous baby backs and my wife had the St Louis ribs and they are still the vintage fall of the bone ribs we remember. Only negative, maybe a little too much sauce.

If you are around Sunny Isles, give them a chance. We wish Matt and his staff lots of success!

I went specifically for beef ribs. They were huge! Too big (but mostly bone) and not as tender as I anticipated. The ribs were also a bit salty. The side dishes were delicious though. The outside seating is nice but can use a little touch up. I arrived an hour before closing.... it could have something to do with my overall experience.

Amazing food! Polite staff! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family, friends, etc. Good luck getting there with traffic jams in place; if possible, utilize OpenTable (it's linked to Google Maps). They had my table ready when I arrived and I didn't have to wait at all!

Great Restaurant, a must go whenever I am on vacation in the Area, my last experience was particularly pleasant. I was greeted with a smile by the host and was provided with a table of my choice on the terrace. Service has been fast and meal was tasty. If you go there try their BBQ Ribs, personally my favorite and well priced. Drink were always refilled without me asking.

My second time at the restaurant and will not be the last.
This was on February 17 around 7PM so if the manager is reading this. Please pass the message to the staff members present that night. I think its important to highlight the good work.
