Staff were very helpful to find out the tress we were looking for our front and back yard. We were glad with the purchase and looking forward for the tress to grow now! The installation team was very good, clarified all our doubts and did a great job! Planning to purchase few more trees here soon:)

We just bought several 2" plants and some potting soil from them. I've been in a few times prior to talk to Gerald and gather info on some stuff. Gerald has always been knowledgeable and helpful. Nice local store with a variety of plants, trees, etc.

Their trucks pull out in front of people so often by their tree farm it s a nuisance, and I ll do business elsewhere. This time it was a pickup with heavy equipment on a trailer (red logo, since there were two trucks this morning). The car in front of me had to slam on their brakes. I get they can t do a whole lot about how their employees drive but they are the ones that are going to be sued when they hit someone. As that area grows, there will be more traffic that will have to dodge them.

I was playing at a park with my kids today and they started mowing next to us. His mower was throwing dirt and rocks all over my kids which hurt and can be very dangerous. I told the man who did it and he just ignored he was doing it and continued to mow the same spot over and over just out of spite. Very unprofessional and will definitely not ever use them.

I went to Tom's Tree Place today May 21st and wasn't acknowledged by any employee and actually the same guy passed me three times and never looked at me. I don't know how a business stays in business when your products don't have prices. Is it the customer's responsibility to chase down an employee and ask for prices are nearly all the plants/products you sell?? Please be leery of this business. Maybe something will change with these suggestions? Time will only tell.
