Tomato thyme

I recently ordered from tomato-thyme.com and while I had an average experience, there are areas that could be improved. Firstly, the website design is clean and easy to navigate, which made placing my order hassle-free. However, the shipping time took longer than expected, causing a slight inconvenience. The packaging was adequate, but the products did not meet my expectations in terms of freshness. On a positive note, the customer service team was responsive and helpful when I reached out to them regarding my concerns. Overall, tomato-thyme.com provides an average experience in terms of website functionality and customer service, but there is room for improvement in terms of timely delivery and product quality.
