After having a communication problem with a very large provider of internet service, Toast.net came to the rescue and had me up and running again with 4 times the line speed I had before at roughly the same price. Now if there is a problem, I know who to call to fix it. Dealing local and keeping my money local feels great. Thanks for helping me out!

Best internet service I've ever had. I get consistent 900+ Mbps up/down reliably. The price is fair and they never spam me with bundles to try to get me to add phone or cable. Fast connection at a fair price is all I could ask for and would recommend.

The speed is great and it seems to work fine. This review is due to the policies they have in place. I had toast internet installed for me about an hour and a half away from their head quarters in toledo. I bring this up because I had a buckeye cable installer setup a router for me from buckeye. They lent it to me due to a back orders of router from toast net. I was told that when my toast net router came in I was to disconnect the buckeye router and return it to the buckeye store in my home town. No problems there. Toast nets router got in and I set it up. At first everything worked accordingly, but it started disconnecting all of our wireless devices and only worked for the direct line. Turns out I was sent a faulty router. It happens, but in order to get a replacement I either had to send back their router and wait for the new one without internet or pay another 100 for a new router and wait for it before I returned the old one and pray they refund the old. Luckily I still had buckeyes router so I asked if I could set that up. Very annoyed. Not at the individual. I know none of the workers are at fault, but this way of them fixing their problem by having me fix it kind of sucks. Oh I was also told that I could run the modem to their headquarters which I previously stated as 1.5hrs away. Very convenient. If you don't live near toledo think twice about it. I have no internet at all at the moment and I'm posting this with my phone. Update 5/28/21 I will say everyone I have spoken to has been very professional and amazing. Their customer service people are top notch.
Well. I've only been a customer a few days , almost a week. Right off the bat I've got problems. I haven't had the proper speed yet, and it's not looking good for the future so far. We will see what happens over the next few days. I will keep you posted.
Toast.net has amazing and friendly customer service!! I will never use anyone else for an internet provider! From tech support to billing, everyone in the company are absolutely professional and courteous. If you have internet with anyone else you are missing out! Their service deserves way more than 5 stars!!
