Response to questions I have after the sale has been excellent. I have many dealerships near me but I drove over 6 hours to work with Cargo Trailer Sales and glad I did.

I recently purchased a snow plow online and when I installed it on the truck it would not go up and down. I got nothing but the run around from the service dealers for Myers plows. I called Cargo sales and explained the problem and they told to bring it in and they would look at it right away. They had it fixed in 30 minutes. One dealer told me he could look at it in 3 weeks that was after he asked me where I purchased it..
I can not express enough how happy I am that Cargo Sales stepped up and solved my problem.

They do the right thing, which is rare these days. Had a problem with a trailer due to their error (everybody makes mistakes), and they made it right despite the loss to them. Honest and worth the drive from NJ, highly recommended.

Worth the drive from Allentown! I dealt with Mike Woglom who was super helpful with all details, both before and after the purchase of my new ATC Raven 7x14 enclosed trailer. I was initially referred to Cargo Trailer Sales by a friend who was also a prior CTS customer. After my experience, I would definitely feel confident in referring other friends and colleagues to check them out as well.

We have used Cargo trailer sales on several occasions for our 1962 Shasta trailer camper and their service department has been amazing each time. They do great work and are insanely helpful.

If anyone shopping for a trailer fails to use Cargo they are doing themselves a disservice. Just bought a beautiful car hauler today. Amanda was amazingly helpful in the sales dept along with Mike. Nate and Jim were super friendly and helpful in service. All this while just making a phone transaction for the most part. Unbelievably professional service all around. I felt like everyone there was a part owner. Will most definitely travel well over and hour to use their service again

We bought a trailer for almost $40,000 from them and it has too many issues to name them all. Cargo trailers was made aware of some of the problems prior to our florida trip and we contacted them after returning from the trip about the rest of the problems. We worked on this trailer all thru our trip so we could even use it. They said we need to bite the bullet because now the trailer is used and we need to let them tear it apart and fix it and do without it till this is done. Rather than take a trailer back that is a lemon which would be the right thing to do, we will be stuck with a $40,000 refurbished trailer . We bought an atc trailer because we heard they were top of the line but...... I guess the are garbage. Don't buy one.

Nate and his team in service are super professional. They accommodated my busy schedule by letting me keep the trailer there a little longer after service than anticipated with no issues at all. Mike and Trish were great to deal with. Along with the best pricing i was able to find across the country the customer service was amazing. Mike is also VERY knowledgeable on the product in every area I inquired about from the frame fabrication details, axles, down to the wiring for the lights - he knew it all off the top of his head.

The fit and finish of the ATC trailer is equally impressive. The welds are great, doors close easily, and the doors seal weather tight. My trailer came from IN to ID and there wasn't a trace of moisture inside the door (front ramp door) and it was transported in the winter.

For shipping I used Jeff Mihalick for shipping from the factory to ID.

If you're looking for a trailer, ATC especially, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mike.

We have had Cargo Trailer Sales work on our 1964 vintage camper and are always completely happy with the service. Before finding them we had reached out to all of the local RV service centers, but no one would work on our vintage camper trailer. We were lucky to find them and they have gone above and beyond each time we use them. We have had the electrical fixed, new electric brakes, wire harness installed on our suv, and just yesterday a new tongue jack installed on the spot. They always have the best customer service. Highly recommend.

I inquired on trailer specs with Mike and staff and had a ton of questions. They answered all my questions competently, and wanted to make sure my intended use would match the trailer I was wanting. Very helpful, no pressure, competitive pricing. I drove more than 6 hours to get the trailer, because they are a customer oriented dealer and worth doing business with.

I ordered my ATC trailer from Mike at the Atlantic City car auction, he answered all my questions went over the trailer with me, followed up with me before he placed the order with ATC. Trailer came in when promised all the staff at Cargo Trailer Sales were more than helpful and very accommodating. While Cargo Trailer Sales is about an hour travel for me it is well worth the trip and they will have a repeat customer. They understand the meaning of Customer Service!

Recently purchased my first enclosed trailer from Cargo Trailer. An ATC 26 footer. Mike Woglom and the crew there made the experience trouble free and as pleasant as possible. Their customer service was excellent and Mike took extra time to get the weight distributing hitch set up so that my long tow home would be smooth. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for sales or service!

These guys were great. I was able to get a "scratch and dent" aluminum trailer for 2k off asking price. Nobody can tell where the dents are and I'm not telling either. Trailer has been great.

I think these guys know their stuff and run a very efficient shop. They were -very patient with me when I was asking questions about the hitch--from the nice woman who answered the phone to the gentleman at the shop who showed me how the hitch was going to be installed. The quote I received via email was prompt and accurate in price and the time of installation. The best thing however was my experience when I thought that the hitch needed to be tightened or something because of a noise that I could hear. I called, was asked to come in and have it tightened and now it is totally quiet---and I never got the "oh it's not the hitch making noise" response and I was easily accommodated on when to bring my car in on my schedule. I would totally recommend this business for any hitch installation and would trust them to know about any trailer situation too--based on my experience and what I heard and saw when I waited for my installation to be completed. Great place!

I recently purchased a cm flat bed for my pick up truck roughly 2 months ago. Immediately after picking the truck up the lights would not work. Spoke with a service employee and fixed it over the phone. Secondly I noticed a large amount of rusting with in the first two weeks of owning this bed. I called and asked to go through warranty because something wasn t right with the paint on the bed. I spoke with an employee at there location and they noted that they would have to contact the manufacture. After two weeks of no answers I decided to call to find out, they told me that they spoke to them and that it wouldn t be covered under warranty and that they would send me paint and primer to paint the bed. This is completely ridiculous and un precessional. I spend over 3000$ to have the bed put on and am extremely upset with the service from this location. After now two months of owning the bed the whole under carriage of the truck bed is covered in rust and is starting to spread to the frame of my truck.

Don t buy the trailer that has the side panels adhered with 3M tape. After the first year panels started separating in multiple spots.Called the dealer and asked how they repair it. I was told they just add screws to the places where the panel separated... Also check underneath the trailer ,my frame was completely rusted and looked like Undercoating was sprayed over the rust.

Cargo Trailers got our business back up and running! We couldn't be happier with everyone's understanding, help, and fair pricing! They have a customer in us forever.

They lie just to try to get a sale and then waste your time because if it. I wasted more than 2 hours of my time on top of the gas money when I went to get an installation they told me they did and was a lie. Not to be trusted

Just recently moved back to PA and needed to get my state safety inspection done. Glad I found these guys, they were able to get everything inspected and brought up to regulations for my out of state trailer and even saved me some money in the process. I go to Cargo Trailer Sales in Lansdale for all everything I need for my plows especially my two boss plows. They have almost everything you could need or want in store or can have ir for you the next day. It's not just the parts availability it's the service from the guys at the counter. They really care that you get the right product and are very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Would recommend to anybody for plow parts and a trailer which the 24 foot enclosed I bought from them 10 years ago still looks brand new and have never had a problem with it.

great place to buy a trailer. I got there on a sat morning and need to be out by 12. Amanda was very honest and made sure I got the right trailer. By 1130 I was on my way home with new trailer in tow.

This is the worst experience after calling and speaking with a very good sale rep. I drove 8 miles on rim because i was sold. But the Services department was totally different they took advantage of me being stranded and charge me a $150 to change a trie the Services was more then then the tire and rim if you're in this area I advise you to keep going by don't stop there
