Kim is absolutely wonderful! She provides a fantastic service and I always leave her office hair-free! I am impressed with the sanitary practices Kim has undertaken throughout this pandemic. Upon entry, she even always checks the body temperature of her customers with a thermometer. Her place is very clean and professional and there is a good vibe to it. Kim uses a very strong microscope to get even the smallest of hairs out. I am 100% satisfied with my Timeless Electrolysis treatments so far and I will continue to go there for all of my hair-free wishes!

Just finished my first appointment of many. I've been to a different electrolysis place before but in terms of cost and skill Kim has them beat all ways. Faster and with less pain for a more fair price. She is TransCare friendly and a wonderful conversationalist, highly recommended by me! I look forward to my next appointment!
