Recently I have attended an interview in this company at Bengaluru office for the post of Ad Ops. After the HR round, Talent acquisition executive gave a feedback that "you are Good in communication and technical aspects. But they do have their own team dynamics..So I can't take you for further rounds"..It was one of my dream company. I was Zen percent confident in the job description for the post..Unfair interview process.. I hope management will do the needful for the issue.
