Very wrost company. I booked a plot in Oct 2011 @ Rs 150 sqft for 2000 sqft . I paid to company Rs 3,00,000 (Rupees three lacks only) on agreement basis that company will allot developed plot to me after three years. More than 6 yrs and 6 months passed neither company allot plot nor give me position as on date. I request to company for returning my money .after 3 months only Rs 4.00,000 (Rupees four lacks return to me. Whereas I booked plot on loan money.
