We recently added a small bedroom and bathroom to our home in Eugene, and the experience with Mica McOmber Construction was outstanding. Mica maintained a calm, respectful demeanor with both us and his crew throughout the process. His relaxed attitude and humor helped navigate any minor hiccups, keeping the project moving forward smoothly. He is a great listener, highly resourceful, and takes real accountability for the work. We were particularly impressed with how well-regarded his subcontractors are and how efficiently the job was completed. Mica was always reachable by phone and quick to arrive on-site whenever we needed his expertise for decisions or inspections. Knowing what usually goes wrong with construction, we were thrilled by how seamless everything went. We would gladly hire him as our general contractor again and actively recommend his services to others.

We compared five different contractors before starting our new build in Eugene, and Mica McOmber stood out for his adaptability and attention to our specific requirements. From navigating the permitting process to selecting the perfect spot on the lot and finishing the last detail, Three Creeks Construction supported us at every stage. Having built a home before, I can say this experience far surpassed our previous one. Mica’s dedication to quality was evident; nothing felt rushed or cut corners to meet a deadline. He also handled two minor post-move-in issues with impressive speed. The welcome gift basket was a thoughtful touch that made us feel appreciated. Thank you for delivering such a beautiful home.

Working with Mica McOmber Construction in Eugene was a genuine pleasure. From the initial stages of our project through to the final walkthrough, his responsiveness was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect before we took possession of the property. Even now, almost two years later, the craftsmanship still feels brand new, and we remain incredibly grateful for his expertise and dedication.

We hired Mica McOmber Construction to handle a major renovation of our 1930s home in Eugene, and the results were impressive. The project involved gutting down to the studs and updating the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. They tore down walls and installed new beams and arches that perfectly matched the house's original aesthetic. The craftsmanship is so seamless that unless you point out the high-end finishes and appliances, it’s hard to tell the home was remodeled at all. Mica’s team struck a great balance between efficiency and precision. He managed the subcontractors effectively, ensuring they were punctual and respectful. Even after the project wrapped up, any minor adjustments needed were addressed quickly, with subs often arriving within a couple of hours. Financially, Mica was transparent about costs and always willing to discuss concerns and find fair resolutions. We are thrilled with how our Eugene home turned out and would definitely recommend Mica for future projects.
