Service is terrible! After ordering over $40 worth of food, was told I wasn't able to use a gift certificate because it was not printed in color. Mind you, I had already used the gift certificate once before and hadn't spent all it was worth. The cashier, at the time, wrote the remaining balance, her initials, and the date on the gift certificate and they still wouldn't honor it! I won't ever be back!
*Update* The gift certificates were purchased through a local news station as part of their "50% Friday" program. The third party company that the news station partners with to create the gift certificates reached out to the restaurant about my issue, as well. The restaurant did not respond to them whatsoever!
STILL good made-to-order (not frozen) food. If they didn't still allow smoking in their little sports lounge, I would go there a couple times a week. Get with it, Marion County.
Great spot very nice and clean not overwhelming with crowds of people Service was a little slow not enough employees but they were polite and checked on you when needed had refills quickly food was good hot and very tasty. From 1-10 I would give it an 8
