But the EDS2—the upgraded Winner with superior discrimination and perfect soil balance—will actually tell you to go ahead and dig. With a 9-inch coil, the depth is solid; with a 12-inch coil, you have to ask if you really need that much depth for your needs. This isn’t just marketing fluff. Go back to a spot where you’ve searched countless times with your old gear and give it a try. You’ll be amazed at the difference.
