This hotel takes corona seriously, arranges so there is good distance between the tables.

Lacklustre cleaning, found poop in the toilet. The staff was helpful and put me in a different room, but I found signs of poor cleaning there as well. I did get some items from the mini bar for free as compensation, which is a plus. Breakfast was nice!

Great service at reception and at breakfast, nice to clean in lobby and in room. The food at breakfast was decent considering the circumstances. Wanted to change the sausage that is served for breakfast when 4 out of 4 did not like it, it is possible that others are not a fan of it either! :) good location and easy access to both egon and ski mall (shopping center)

Good breakfast, but poor light and Smart TV didn't work.

Adjusted after lying on the sofa bed when we are traveling the whole family. The sofa bed is not recommended for adults, the mattress and springs are not good enough and you know the frame through.

Breakfast review
I was told by a Norwegian colleague that the hotel really had a nice breakfast and when I arrived the desk clerk told me hope you will enjoy our fabulous breakfast (talk about expectations!!)
But I can definitely say that this is one of the best breakfast I ve had in Europe
To have this variety and quality in such a small Norwegian town as SKI is amazing.

(PS. I think this is the only hotel in Norway that has a juice machine)

Nice hotel room. But the reception was not nice or particularly welcoming to me. I couldn't quite get on the registration number of my car, but I was parked just outside the door and asked if I could just run to the car to check, but no I didn't because there was a queue behind me (this had just taken a maximum of 20 seconds ...) so it was so that I just had to go to the parking garage which was a bit far away, then I had to go back to the reception to give the registration number, then return to the parking garage again to get my passengers and suitcases and such. There were just so many tiring and unnecessary things that I could really get away from and been after a long day of driving to this hotel if the front desk could show their guests a little more kindness and not be so sad but ready to wait 20 seconds for the guest's fault. .. Yes there was someone behind me, but I am also a guest and had suffered a lot of effort if people could endure 20 seconds. Poor hospitality.

Centrally located hotel in the heart of the Ski center. Short way to Oslo Fashion Outlet in Vestby, Tusenfryd and Oslo city center. Very good breakfast and perfectly ok rooms. Some poor ventilation / aircon pulls down the experience, the rooms were somewhat hot at night in the summer heat.

Great hotel, elevator right out to the mall. A bit far to walk with luggage from the parking lot. Awesome breakfast, one of the best I've ever been to.

Great service and nice staff. Unfortunately, it was a bit downward that I was promised that the two rooms I had booked would arrive on the same floor when I called in advance, which apparently proved impossible when I was checking in.
Also a little feature that they do not have enough parking in the hotel and one has to park in a parking garage a short distance away.

We had the pleasure of using Thon Hotel Ski as a stopover and accommodation, in connection with our wedding this August, and they really have our best recommendations! We had 55 overnight guests at the hotel, including ourselves, and for the service we received! Everything has been so professional from start to finish, and we have always been met with a pleasant tone, either by mail / phone / desk. Would not doubt to use this hotel again in the same context.

Location is very central to downtown. The room and service was excellent. Breakfast was good with wide selection.

Great service, nice rooms and very good breakfast. Extremely hot in the room, luckily two fans there that helped somewhat. Too noisy in between the rooms and we were unlucky and also had rooms by the lift.

This is a very nice place to stay if you visit beautiful Norway and there is a Train strike in Oslo :).
The rooms are clean and the employees are very friendly. Worth mentioning is the really good breakfast in the morning. You also can directly enter the attached Mall in Ski from Inside the Hotel without walking out of the Hotel. Once there was a direct Bus from Ski to Oslo which is not there anymore. So you have to go to the Railway station which is in walking distance to the Hotel. When I visit Ski again, I'll stay there again.
