This place is awesome!

I stay in hotels 3-5 nights a week and this Hampton Inn was superior to most if not all the places that I've stayed. I forgot my tablet in the hotel, and then called a week later. They quickly located it and confirmed with me that it was my tablet and agreed to ship it back to my home (3.5 hours away) via fedex. I'm impressed by their courtesy and promptness and would definitely stay again if I'm near Thomson, GA ever again. Thanks!

Very poor service! My truck was STOLE from the parking lot and NOBODY had ACCESS to the cameras. They charged my card TWICE. Wifi wouldnt even connect. Breakfast was AWFUL. WON'TBE COMING BACK.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reason for low rating...NO MORNING COFFEE set up downstairs. Understand Covid virus concerns, but even during these times hotel should provide coffee. Husband had to go to McDonalds and bring back. $100. room and no morning coffee, lazy.

Hampton's never disappoint! We stayed here on our trip home and were lucky enough to get a room (only 3 left). The room was recently remodeled and very clean. I love the big desk, perfect for business! The staff was so very nice and have us all few bottles of water!

We stayed a single night to rest from a long drive. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

Not great, first I was assigned a handicap room. Then moved to double room, that did not have mini fridge or microwave. Was not happy that when I booked I was booking a handicap room with adjoining room. Room was strange felt like a large storage room with bed.

Much more friendly and accepting then any other Hotel I've visited. Employees engaged in conversation and laughed and joked while our family had a gathering in the sing-along in the lobby. Very uncommon and very surprisingly refreshing

The first time we stayed had very good service now the service is no good

This is now a routine stop for us as we travel I-20. We adjust our departure times to allow overnight stays here. We travel this route several times per year and find this unit, with it's excellent people and clean facilities, to be worth the extra planning.

Great little spot. It has everything you could need. Very clean. Nice staff. The breakfast had good options and someone was cleaning/refilling the whole time. Staff was always around asking how your stay was and if you needed anything. The pool and hot tub were clean and they even had it open in April. Little gym also. I would def stay there again.

My experience has been amazing from check in, staff, the room, the prices, everything!!! My husband and I checked in to stay close by to my mother in law who is dealing with breast cancer. Who needs extra stress dealing with with a place to stay? Not us! The staff is extremely friendly, the room clean and spacious and the price was the icing on the cake! We have stayed at 5 star hotels that weren't half as nice!

Wi-Fi is awful. Pillows are rough. Beds are great and everything is new. Workout facility is top notch

This Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. Cleanest Hampton Inn we've been at in a long time. The floors shine, there isn't any trash laying around inside or outside, every staff member was courteous and upbeat.
The breakfast area being taken care of by Gwen, I think that is her name, she is thoughtful, has everything ready and set up nicely. And she takes the time to keep the whole are clean as can be.
The location was nice with plenty of choices of restaurants and the usual places for shopping. We would highly suggest the Hampton Inn at this location.

Best place to stay beats out the comfort inn. Fitness center qith weights. And spa amd pool for everyone.

Always have a good night 's sleep with the hilton hotels.

Great hotel, good breakfast and awesome staff. Thomson is limited on quality hotels, but this place hit all the marks for me.

I almost always stay at Hampton's when traveling, because I know what I'm getting every time. Usually pretty new, clean room, good A/C, plenty of outlets, clean shower, and a really comfortable bed.

This location was no exception.

The staff was very nice and accommodating here as well.

Will stay here again on my next trip.

We stayed there last night. 10/23/2018. It is a great place. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet and all the personnel are wsrm and friendly.

Visited with out of town family and friends for a wedding party , had drinks and snack , staff was very friendly and helpful , rooms were very nice and clean

Very clean, my room was almost spotless. Beds and Linen are Soft and Inviting. TV is newer and lots of channels, including HBO movies at no extra cost. The Bathroom was extremely clean with "lots of towels"!
Because of the Covid Virus, they were not serving a "Hot Breakfast", but rather a "to go bag" with a bottle of water and 2 pastries. The pool is open.

Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. Friendly service at the front desk. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and attentive. Clearly the staff here take great pride in being the best hotel in the area.

The staff was friendly and they provided alcohol hand wipes, but the cleanliness left a bit more to be desired. There were a lot of stains on the sheets and bed skirts. The windows didn t look to have been cleaned in a while and there was just a lot of underlying grime.

I like all Hampton Inns but this is a 6 star, if that is possible! The towels were soft and smelled super clean. The room was meticulously cleaned. Bed was really comfy, breakfast great, etc. I would stay here again in a second! If I back through, here I will stay. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked wonderfully inviting.

Worst service in the world! Can you believe someone slashed my tires during my stay here? Unbelievable!

We can't seem to get our AARP OR government rate in Thomson, Georgia. We are able to get it in the other states... Go figure, but the Hampton is a great hotel. Great staff. Great rooms.

First you couldn't ask for better wait staff! From the moment I checked in; i was greeted with warm soothing smells like fresh linen. 'Kitty' helped me with my check in ,offered me some water as she could see it was sweating from the Georgia nights heat.
The lobby was super clean! So clean I thought "there must be a robotic maid around somewhere like Rosie from the jetsons. There wasn't a spot of dirty anywhere.
Elevator was surprisingly fast too! Yes it was only four floors.
My room was clean the toilet, the tub, the shower head and the sink oh my! So fresh!. So clean, clean!.
The linens we're whiter than a Republican at a dance doing the point dance. Now that's white!

The next morning I awoke to be told check out was way later than I imagined! Whoa so I took my time and came down for breakfast which nothing short of a full course meal. They had good old southern breakfast and healthy options and just plain old cereal for you boring types. Fresh fruit galore! All kinds of breakfast drinks from tea or oj to, milk (2% or whole),cranberry juice and of course water.
And of course my wait staff for breakfast miss Cecilia was so pleasant we talked about the weather and the local football team. She even made my breakfast to go since I couldn't finish it and I still had five more hours to go!

Yes my stay at this very Hampton Inn was sensational! If I'm ever back through here and I need a place to stay in won't think twice about it.

Ya gotta work hard to be this mediocre. Sadly it's pretty good by Thomson Standards so it's like being the best hockey player in Ecuador.
The rooms are getting a bit dated so there's lots of noise (tip unplug the fridge)
The breakfast bar. Is run by a lady who had to have received her training from the school system.. The is never enough food.. And. It's Luke warm at. Best.
So yeah it beats an extra 20 minutes to Augusta..
But not by much

We arrived very late, 3am, and left by 8am. It was a very short stay but I was very impressed with the staff. The gentleman at the front was very polite, did what he could to keep our group together, and even gave us a discount. Even at 3am he greeted us with a warm smile. I rarely stay at Hampton inn, but will consider it more from now on.

Location was perfect for what I was there for. The room was very nice with great service everyday. The breakfast was great in the morning!

Not a bad hotel at all.. room was clean, bed was squeaky but the woman behind the breakfast bar is what made our trip here great. She was so nice and willing to get you breakfast with a smile. I appreciate this woman very much

Our room didn't have a frig or a microwave (which is odd for this caliber of hotel) but the staff was courteous enough to bring a frig and a microwave to our room at no additional charge. Overall the hotel was clean and decent.

We attended a pool event so we never entered the actual hotel. It was very clean and we'll maintained and the staff kept towels on hand and we're very friendly

Seem to have a bug problem here. 4 room stays 3 with bugs. Then they make promises to solve the problem and don't follow through.

It's a nice place, comfortable and clean ... but for my needs do not have rooms with a refrigerator and microwave and I do not think it's aesthetic to have the coffee machine in the bathroom, maybe it's even unhygienic of the rest, everything is fine!

The staff was professional and nice. The hotel is was up to Hampton Standards. Will stay again.

The hotel was beautiful breakfast was delicious room looked amazing and the beds feels amazing also the pool was beautiful....but I will say for some strange reason the hotel housekeepers didn t find the time to clean my room or just didn t give a care I m guessing for the second night of my stay .. now unfortunately I wouldn t be this upset but I left the comfort inn down the road because of piss poor service terrible rooms and the smell !!! If I pay good money for a room except excellence service . Don t replace the shampoo and and towels and don t take the Dirty ones and damn would it hurt to vacuum my room lawd Jesus I just wanted a good stay !!
