Thistledown, Inc.

We went to a party there and it was live good food good drinks awesome pepole.

Great venue, Superior Friendly staff, good food and convienent ample parking!

Great player rewards. Restaurants serve really good food!

Just take.....don't give anything but a cup of hot tea and coffee.

Great place to gamble and have some great cocktails and the food is great too.

For the racetrack and gambling experience it's great. Good atmosphere to be in if you are out to have a good time, gambling.

Terrible. They gave for C card appreciation a 5$ gas card... What a way to show appreciation for the ppl who frequently play there.

I have not been here, it looks nice on the outside. I would like to go, might make a good day trip

A lot of people. But outside it was nice by the track.

I have never won anything from this place. I love the dancefloor and smoking area. Order food late. I'll try again... one day.

Here for an outdoor event. Have not visited the actual Racino.

A money hungry place..guess they need they money to help pay for all the new renovations

Stopped by last night to see what systems were in place to comply with Covid reopening. Only thing in place was some machines shut off. No incremental cleaning going on. No temps at the door. No sanitizing between players. Restrooms not clean enough. Not all employees wearing masks even. Not good enough. You could at least take temps. Didn't seem to be a capacity limit either. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for safety and cleanliness. Not worth risking my health for the $450.00 I blew there.

Why are so many horses dying at this racetrack. Unabiding Citizen was raced (exploited) 19 times and finally broke down and died yesterday. Boycott this cruel place.

Nice place! Remodeled with good food & drink options.

Always feel like this casino caters to certain people

Not too bad. Only will play $20. Atm fees are too expensive $5 is a lot.

New place with good friends! Let's play and have fun and we did!

Much better than downtown Jack. Free parking, good selection of machines but no table games.

Thank you for let me play for a few hours and not trying to take my money in the first 5 seconds

Don't go into bonus enough. Gets monotonous. Bonus after spending much more

It was my first time there as Jack's.. I will go back, so much I didn't see.

Service is not very good except at the restaurant when the young man behind the bar is a site fir sire eyes . Soft spoken with a dazzling smile . Others could learn from his approach to caring for customers

Decent place! Free parking. Lots and lots of video games. Just video games. That rates a 3, but it was clean and big enough to walk around. Table games needed.

Could be better with staff not cleabing your game while my eife in a dress didnt have ashtray. In front of her and let us play. We called and asked why there staff cant work around us and never got a call and a reason why this happended or what can be done to make us want to cone back.

Jax is a good place to go socialize you ain't even have to gamble all that time you can socialize eat and watch big screen TV basketball football horse races good place

Was crowded but food was great. Awesome won couple bucks

It's been a couple years since I've been but my experience was nice. The place clean, professional, safe and I had fun. I'm making plans to visit again.

It was really nice..it was social distance and the workers keep the machines wiped down along with keeping things cleaned...i really enjoyed being there...

My place to go unwind . Nice people good food and I love the slot game.

This is a nice place to come if you want to experience a quasi Vegas time. The casino is well maintained, clean and the food is awesome. I don't gamble much but observing some of the players, they shouldn't either. I watch a woman put over $100.00 dollars into a machine and she didn't win a dime. So bad, so sad.

I wish they had poker tables and not just slot machines how can you call yourself a casino with no poker tables if they had them there I didn't see them
