I am very impressed with how my two damaged historic racing motorcycles cylinders have come back from being repaired and re-plated from Millennium Technologies. They both are in better condition now then they were when they were brand new 30 years ago. I am now going through all my spare parts to see if I have more damaged cylinders I can send to Millennium for repair. Good price, fast turn around and great communication throughout the process

Rodney, Melissa, and the entire team at Revolution Performance/Millennium Tech were great to work with. They were professional and did an amazing job building my 2020 Road Glide M8 big bore project. The bike was tuned and is running unbelievably well. Exceeded my expectations! Thanks for the outstanding service!

I sent in a 1991 CR250R cylinder and crank, the exhaust port bridge needed welding and the bore needed to be cleaned up and re-plated, the crank needed to be rebuilt with a new rod. The crank came back true and the cylinder was clean and bored to spec. Thanks guys!

Have had 3 cylinders serviced. All three have come back with a perfect Nikasil cylinder walls. Cylinder comes back better than new with a durable coating on the outside of the cylinder as well that is washable, and is more resistant to staining and fingerprints than stock. I would take a Millennium serviced cylinder over a new one if given the choice.

They did a great job on my Evo heads. At 87,000 miles they were worn out and they relaced everything and upgraded to larger valves and cnc ported the heads for a fraction of the cost of new heads. I am a Harley Davidson certified master technician and I was very impressed with the work, although I did not double check there work personally, the final product looked so good in my expert opinion there is no need for it. If I have aNY issues I'm sure that they will stand behind their product

Most excellent service! I sent them 2 cylinders from an incredibly rare and important 1930's era engine. At first they told me they couldn't do it, being in a blind hole. However, after speaking with their reps and telling them the history and importance of my project to them, they offered a "white glove service" and they came out absolutely beautiful. Very competent people, they know what they are doing.

I needed some serious help with a bad engine that I purchased. I got a hold of them, told them what I needed, and they quickly got me squared away and ready to go. I shipped them my stuff and they did their magic. There was one hiccup on their part, but we talked and they were quick to correct the mistake and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They even got my parts to me in a day and a half, which is impressive considering I live in Utah. Definitely highly recommend these folks, as the quality of their work is extraordinary, and their prices are reasonable. Thank you!

Really quick turnaround on the work so along those lines I'll give them a good review.

My issue lies with the fact that I live about 30 minutes away. I drove the cylinders to their shop and dropped them off personally.

Why they shipped back to me for a cost of over $40 when I could've easily picked up is what I'm taking issue with.

So their work is fine, their communication needs some improvement.

They came thru and offered a refund on shipping so they make things right if they do make mistakes

The reason i gave three stars instead of five is because of how long it took for the cylinder to get rebuilt. I was told two weeks by the salesman but in actuality it took twelve weeks !!!! A little communication goes along way and it would of been nice at week three to get a update. Good news is that cylinder works great!

This is my two year review. Sent a 1999 Yamaha R1 cylinders top case to Millennium Technologies in early 2019. Turn around was very fast and good communication throughout the repair. Cylinder Number two (2) had a vertical crack from top to mid way down the cylinder. Prior to contacting Millennium Tech., I have ask various companies like US chrome etc...if they are willing to participate in fixing this issue. All I got was a BIG noooope! I was very excited to learn about these individuals through a motorcycle shop in Florida. Called soon thereafter and they absolutely agreed to tackle this job. To this day there is about 30k on this engine and still running at peak power. I am only giving a 3 star review due to the damage the cylinder mating surface. The was multiple horizonal scratches/gouges that would have caused oil or coolant leaks if not addressed prior to assembly. I feel that the QC should have seen this and had it addressed. Besides this I would have given these guys a 5 star.

I've puchased cranks and cylinder cores from them over the years for quads and sleds. Most recently an 800 PTEK and it was flawless. Lots of bad reviews on here but I've never had an issue. Great to work with over the phone although I have had to call to followup. The most they've been wrong on dates have been a day or two.

The work performed on my cylinder heads was done in a timely manner, and looked so amazing that I felt bad bolting them on the engine. The people at Revolution Performance were extremely helpful on advising on additional parts such as camshaft choice, and and I will be a returning customer.

Sent my damaged rm125 cylinder in to have detonation damage repaired, and to be replated, when I got it back it looked like a brand new cylinder. I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend millennium technologies for repairs, and if I ever need work done again they have my business.. thanks millennium technologies for the great work!!!

Sent 2 cylinders and a head to this company, total disaster! The machining on the cylinder head was horrible and the weld was poor quality, no fusion and porosity in the weld(Photo attached). Totally unfit to run on an engine and blatantly obvious. The one cylinders finished bore had a nice hole gouged in it from an air grinder and they decided to weld all the ports back to OEM spec on a performance ported cylinder after being told not to. The only thing they got right was a .5mm over bore on a cast iron cylinder. All the measurements and directions I sent boxed with the parts and discussed with Jason were ignored and I got a head and cylinder that are useless out of the deal. Sent photos to Jason @ millennium and he said he would get back to me. Never did and just ignored me from there on out. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and money, take your business elsewhere.

First time user of Millennium because my regular place was 8 weeks out. I called in to get some info and the salesman gave me the impression he was trying to rush me off the phone. He sped through his answers to my questions and didn't like to repeat himself. Once I received my cylinders back I called in to ask what had been done and to get the specs. Once again the salesman gave me the impression he was trying to rush me off the phone. He sped through his answers to my questions and didn't like to repeat himself.

Very Happy with my yamaha 61x cylinder that was on last 84mm bore and had some scratches that could be felt with a fingernail. It was ported and made good power so I really wanted to save it, and Millennium services was a perfect option to resleeving and reporting. It looks like New maybe better than new.

This is the first time I ve ever rebuilt a top end, so I really have nothing else to compare it to. I received a the cylinder back and it was unbelievably clean, the bore was completely re-coated where it had worn out, and I could tell some welding/smoothing had been done in an exhaust port which wasn t mentioned anywhere - free of charge. Overall, I had a great experience.

It started out by getting a quote to replate, power valve service, and fix exhaust bridge as well as fit a new wiseco piston.
I sent them the old piston, head, cyclinder for there free eval. They called and told me what they thought happened, (which i strongly disagree with) and what they would do to fix it. So they go ahead and do what they do best. It was supposed to take no more than a week I was assured by Jason, a salesman. Close to 2 weeks later, after I called to check on it, the cyclinder, head, and new piston show back up at my house.
Upon inspection I notice the power valve does not operate freely and and that it rubs on the exhaust bridge. I then notice one of the seals for the power valve is anything but drove in straight. So I decide to do more inspection, where in the cylinder I find a nick or burr deep enough to feel with my finger. They were supposed to build up the bridge to "strengthen" it which came back with multiple craters and wire from the welder still attached to the exhaust port.

So I called and all the guy could tell me is send it in for evaluation and circle the bad areas with a black sharpie. What a joke. If they can't find the issue and I have to circle the problem how are they evaluating my cylinder and piston and deciding my needs based on that? When it arrives they are supposed to call me and let me know what they find. Turns out I had to call after tracking the package and seeing that it made there earlier in the morning. All they would tell me is its covered under warranty and will be back to within a week(they have said that before). I gave this company a shot, and they miserably failed to impress me. For the $600.00 I spent it should of been right the first time. And the QC inspection they assured me they do before it leaves has to be a joke. Someone who has never seen a cylinder could of pointed out the flaws. They did not offer to discount the product in no way nor would they admit they were wrong. I would go with pro circuit, or US chrome and save yourself the trouble. This company is a joke and does not care about the customer.

horrible job and customer service. i am very displeased with my cylinder, firstly, the porting job is sub par. i asked for the cylinder to be ported to the MAX ! honestly i have ported cylinders better with an at home Dremel set ! secondly the work order is extremely expensive and not worth the time or money and they didn't even have the courtesy to even tell me that they had shipped the cylinder back ! until it just shows up at my door step. thirdly they said the total job would be $480 odd dollars but $700, yup $700 dollars later with all their sneaky fees, this is the job you give me ? noo i dont think so, never again, ill just throw out the cylinders and not bother

HORRIBLE Customer service. Good luck getting an accurate quote. I was told $206 for a cylinder re sleeve. Never was informed of a required $88 "power valve service". asked for a refund over the service and throughout the course of THREE WEEKS I got a response that basically said "screw you, you're just a customer and we couldn't have possibly done anything wrong." Do not do business with them no matter what they quote you for or say they can do. I was never told any extra costs and they never called to confirm I would be okay with paying more for anything! They ignored most my emails and did not want to mention these costs to me in person.

I've been using these guys for all my repeating needs for many years. Never a disappointment. This last time I sent some particularly rough cylinders to them for a 911 build and while they acknowledged the cylinders might not come out perfect they certainly appear to have come out perfect.
