Bought a promise necklace for my gf from this store it was $100 supposed to be made of sterling silver she wore it for a while and it turned her neck green this place sells lies and markets them like they are freaking tiffany diamonds I will never buy anything from this brand again and I urge u all to do the same.

Waited outside for 20 min to be told I can t come in they are at max capacity and told to come back tomorrow. Never ever going back rude people that work there and unprofessional.

I've been going to things remembered for years, they've always had what I'm looking for, been very helpful and get things done fast.
I've never had a complaint.

This place is far overpriced also they say that they can engrave anything. Turns out they cannot engrave rings or anything that is not in there store. I will not come back shopping here. If I can give it a zero star I would

I went to this store yesterday (May 28, 2020) at 1:00 hoping to order a gift for Father s Day. There was a note on the door stating the employee had temporarily stepped away to do a curbside delivery. I stood outside of the locked main door and waited for almost 30 minutes-clearly seeing 1 employee and 2 customers in the store. I knocked on the door several times and was ignored. I called the store 3 times and was promptly hung up on each time-never getting the opportunity to find out what was going on. Is this how you treat customers? I thought you d be thrilled to receive business as so many stores have shuttered due to the pandemic. HORRIBLE customer service.

This is the best place to find the perfect gift and have it personalised for any occasion. The service is always exceptional.

Although I can understand that it was the Christmas season so staff may have been overwhelmed, I felt as though they were a bit dejected. I spoke to a couple of them who were assisting me, which took a minute for anyone to offer assistance even though I was obviously seeking some, but they didn't even acknowledge that I'd spoken. It was a disappointing experience to say the least

I had Janet and Sarah help me all I got was loud sigh eye rolls and poor customer service janet was very pushy and rude she may as well rushed me out the door because they didn't want to help Janet was consistent on asking me if I was ready to check out
