Everyone here is super nice. It's by appointment, but like anywhere else make your appointment time and they'll get you in a door and unloaded in a timely manner. Would have given it 5 stars, but it is extremely tight, especially if you have to go around the corner to dock 5
5 hours to unload. And it was 10 pallets. Also if you have a 53 with the sleeper run it's almost impossible to get into the dock Without hitting anything. Do yourself a favor stay away
If you are a truck driver just walk to the gas station and grab something to eat because you re gonna be there for a while Very tight backing
Unorganized. Real definition of don't care type place. Took a day to get loaded. Had a appointment. But it doesn't matter. Just a lot of back and forth musical chairs.
ThermoPac is not honest with its employees, try s to squeeze every penny until it screams! ThermoPac does not utilize written procedures and doesn t treat employees equally.
Fired employees that worked there for so long because they got greedy with money and got new workers to pay less
It's not because it's blind side.they had red light on for atleast 1 hour when I could have been omw. I will give 5 if they get more considerate towards wasting truckers time. Rest room is there. 3.75 hours to load.
Worked 2 days and preparing to go back my third day and I got a call saying I was fired. The job itself is fine, but the 12 hours of just standing is horrible. I spoke up about management being terrible and I guess they didn t appreciate that. When I got that call I promise you it made my day
Worst place for truckers to come be prepared for a very long wait hopefully I never come back here very tight place to dock and no parking to wait
