I lunched at The Timeless Way yesterday with a friend and the meal was lovely. We both had Tramezzi served with a very healthy , appetising salad. The service was fast and friendly. The price seemed very reasonable. Altogether a very pleasant lunch. I would heartily recommend it.

This place is very close to a 5 star for me, maybe 4.5. it's very different, with a strong jazz theme which I liked, lots of seating and a great menu. Staff were pretty good and I enjoyed the table service as apposed to ordering at the counter.

Brilliant food at great prices, quite possibly the best cafe experience I've ever had! Everthing on the menu was well described and judging by myself and my wife's choice is exactly how it is described and having Horlicks as a hot drink choice on a cold day, pure genius!

What an experience after all these years followed ...

What an experience after all these years followed from City.Yes I am sure the owner would not be proud of this cafe today .There was the difference of being efficient and looking busy the later came into play.
It took 5min waiting at table so I thought maybe rule change so went to order at counter ...

Quality has dropped but the price is still the same. We used to go here every couple of weeks but
Now the food is not up to the standard it was. We have it a second chance.. but not much improvment. Not to say it's bad it's just not worth the price anymore. Premium price needs premium food... Serv...
