The two person crew sent to remove the ash trees in front of our home did an excellent job. The trees were well over three stories tall. The men did a tremendous job keeping the area tidy, did not damage any of my garden areas, sidewalk, or cement driveway, and as you can see from the picture they stacked the wood and cleaned up the area very well. We are very happy with their work.
Came and trimmed trees over power lines after a storm in Harrisonville Missouri and did a phenomenal job cleaning up the lines and their trimmings from my yard afterwards.
Not related to the services of the business but I got a flat on my car yesterday 20 minutes into a 5 hour trip. I pulled into McDonald's and began the process of putting on my spare. After my jack bent and failed I asked two gentlemen in a Shade Tree Service Co truck if they had a jack I could use. They came over and helped me jack my car up. They were extremely nice and helpful and I can't help but believe that is the way they treat all of their customers. If I lived in the area and needed tree services I would definitely call Shade Tree Service Co!
Shade Tree is a great company that takes care of their employees & customers. They are probably one of the best tree Services around. They work in 10 degree weather. They are the first on scene on storm damage jobs; they get their before FEMA does & usually have to wait on FEMA.
These guys are awesome! They came out to cut back the trees for UE and did a great job! Very professional, courteous and made sure we we're happy too!
Shade Tree is absolutely fantastic. You were here so fast and did such an amazing job. Above and beyond what I was expecting!!!! Tony Varner you and your crew ROCKED it!!!! Thank you all so much. 10 STARS
Shade Tree crew trimming trees in 2500 block of Lynnwood Drive are phenomenal. I had expressed concern for a 100 year old weather vane that I have displayed in a flower garden. One of the men stood guard over it during the trimming. KUDOS TO EXEMPLARY EMPLOYEES!
This company came to my neighborhood to trim trees. They trimmed branches and they fell into my flowerbed that I have been working months and months on. The workers then left the branches smothering my plants while they waited in their trucks. I came out and removed the branches from my flowerbed without the concern or help of the workers. I then called the company to complain because something I spent months on was ruined. There were broken plants and vines ripped from the tree they were growing on. They sent a man out who then told me it's just that time of year. Plants die. We are not going to replace anything or do anything for you. I've literally been sobbing since he left. This company doesn't care about what they leave behind when they're done. The bulbs that were developing are crushed. Their sprouts ripped from the ground by debris. My plants are in SHOCK from having HALF A TREE dropped on them carelessly. I will be lucky if they survive and come back next year. My Variegated plants look absolutely pitiful. My heart is absolutely broken and all this company had to say to me was that plants die.
I'll definitely be letting the plant community know that their gardens, plants, and effort don't matter.
This is a family-owned business and they literally treat everyone like they are family too.
