The posse foundation

The Posse Foundation is a non-profit organization that has been empowering diverse groups of leaders since 1989. The foundation partners with top colleges and universities across the United States to identify, recruit, and train talented young people from underrepresented backgrounds. These students are then given the opportunity to attend these institutions on full-tuition scholarships.

Posse's mission is to create a more just and equitable society by developing leaders who are committed to making positive changes in their communities. Posse has partnerships with over 60 colleges and universities across the country, including Ivy League schools like Harvard University and Yale University. Since its founding over 30 years ago, Posse has sent more than 10,000 students to college on full-tuition scholarships.

But Posse's impact goes beyond just providing access to higher education for talented young people who might not otherwise have had the opportunity. The foundation also works with its partner institutions to promote diversity on campus and create more inclusive environments where all students can thrive.
