My experience with the Pixie Project was awesome! The people working there are very knowledgable ,helpful & caring people who truly have the animal's best interest in mind.

I adopted a young black cat in june (BORIS) & i am so happy with him!! I continue to visit Pixie Project for treats & scratchpads etc.

They have kept in touch with me via email whenever i've had questions or concerns.
I highly recommend this awesome organization to anyone.

Thanks again to everyone .

We just adopted 2 8 week old kittens and they are the most adorable, unique, loving little bundles of fur ever! Pixie Project took fantastic care of us from beginning to the end of the adoption, very caring and informative staff, so go check them out and save/change a life!

I adopted one of my cats here. His name is Kevin. He is one of the coolest cats I've ever been around. He is my side kick and is always somewhere near me. I can't imagine my life without him. I'm shocked that someone gave him up but so blessed that they did. He is my rock and gets me through the toughest of times. He's my best friend. Pixie Project made sure that he was in top health when i adopted him a few years ago. They take really good care of the animals that come in. You may pay a bit more than you would at other places but it's worth it to have a cat or dog super healthy before you bring them home. He still has a perfect bill of health.

Pixie Project helps fill the void left by Purrington's remodel.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. There are usually 5-8 cats in their dedicated room and most of these are very happy to get affection.

Worth noting that while Pixie Project finds homes for both dogs and cats, seems like only the latter are available for in-person visits at the convention center location.

This location is kid-friendly, so long as you watch them closely. There is no charge for a simple visit and Pixie has plenty of volunteer opportunities

I've been a foster to numerous elderly, non-adoptable rescues for over 5 years. I love giving my pups love, attention and the best medical services available thanks to Pixie. Our Director is thorough and strong in her belief that our facility serve our rescues needs above all.
Amy cares about each animals needs and strives to find their furever homes with direct questions and a decerning eye.
The Pixie animals are lucky to have such a determined, passionate advocate. I'm grateful to be a part of their efforts. I love my pups and they love their final days under The Pixie Project guidance. Your beliefs may be challenged when visiting Pixie, but it's for the sake of a one-time, successful, furever placement.

TERRIBLE.
They lack customer service and did not have their stories straight. Avoid at all costs. I fostered 2 pups from here and for some reason they had NO IDEA the dogs went from Oregon to Washington even though they scheduled the transport...I also got an extremely aggressive voicemail from them for this reason when it wasn't even our fault.

So awful. After doing all the research, I sent my 8-year-old daughter and her dad here to get the kitten they both so desperately wanted and diligently prepared for. The staff allowed my daughter to first pick out a kitten, and then asked if we had any other pets. When the answer was no , they turned them away- explaining that they did not allow people without any other pets to take home a kitten.
For as many homeless animals there are in this world, I cannot believe they would turn away a loving and safe home.
We will go to the humane society, and find our sweet girl her forever pet.
I feel sorry for the animals in this facility.

The concept is great, the intake people were helpful during my adoption, but when I went to pick up my little one and bring her home, what a SNOT this woman that was handling my paperwork was and getting me checked out. She was SUCH a grump. Yay to Pixie, BOO to the 20 something aggravated worker

Amy and her team showed such grace and compassion with me. I am so lucky that I found the pixie project. Not only is the staff helpful and professional, the establishment itself is clean and peaceful. I would give 11 stars if I could! Thank you for what you do, Amy!

The gal who calls people back was rude! Constantly interrupting when I tried asking questions which because of her interruptions I wasnt able to finish saying what I needed from them!
Honestly if folks hate their jobs so much that it conveys to customers then its time to move on to some other field.
