This is a review on the Parenting Place, the organization, not the cafe. I am giving them a review of zero stars due to bad customer service and follow up. They seem to have some great services but no one answers the phone and there seems to be a lack of organization and respect for parents. I was messed about on two different occasions and after taking time off from work for a scheduled coaching session that was ignored by staff I am no longer going to work with this organization. Their lack of professionalism and acknowledgement of parents is appalling.

If I did not have the most delicious carrot cake to date! Who knew you could add custard?! AMEN!
Spacious cafe, fantastic staff- Ave & Jordan were so easygoing, made delicious fluffies for the kids and great vibe.
Nice play area for the kids, lots of seating however very limited car park.

For those that are into making expresso at home, I recommend trying out the coffee beans sometimes sold at the Cafe. it gives a nice, fluffy grind and makes very good single shots. The kids play area is also pretty good for all children - there are often children with special needs playing there as there's a private pediatric OT office in the complex.

The only problem is that the Cafe food doesn't have any dairy free choices - not so great for children allergic to dairy.

Great place to stop for a while and catch up with a mate with or without children. However if you go without kids please do expect there to be people with kids there. Nice food and drinks and great atmosphere. Has a library of books available for purchase and the centre itself runs lots of programmes and courses. Check them out sometime

This is a review on parenting place cafe. I am vegan, i ordered a soy chai latte. The soy milk had definitely curdled and tasted off (tangy). I complained, staff member brushed me off saying it was soy milk. I told her i am vegan and know what soy milk tastes like. No one returned to respond. No apology, no refund, no re-make - well, no response!

I was expecting more adapted to kids taste, for a place called Parenting place. The kids play are is small and without soul. It needs a renovation having them in mind. It has more like an office taste. Any kids friendly cafe is better. On the other hand resources for parents are quite good. Some of their book are not very much aligned to the positive parenting, and more to the old school rising. Same about their talks
