HORRIBLE! I took someone here to sell their things because the owner had said, "SHE BUYS EVERYTHING" which clearly wasn't the truth. All she wanted to offer was $10 for the clothes which would have been a rip-off and then told us that she takes off/deduct for a button missing. Take your clothes here...

The owner is incredibly nice & respectful, yes the deal she gave me for a formal men's pin-stripe suit was incredibly low and I get that there's costs for taking up rack space, cleaning, etc...but 35$ for a suit (jacket + pants) that was only a year old & originally over 800$ new is a little absurd....
