The laundry alternative

I’ve been trying to get my washer repaired since December. It’s still under warranty, but The Laundry Alternative has been impossible to reach. Their phone line goes straight to a full voicemail, and even after sending a physical letter, I got no word. I’ve also fired off multiple emails and tried their website contact form and chat feature—promising a reply within hours—and yet, silence. It’s frustrating that a simple warranty claim has turned into such a ghosting experience.

I wanted to update my review for The Laundry Alternative in Nashua to clarify that I’m not actually dissatisfied with their service. I bought another product from them previously and it’s still performing excellently, so my previous "Pissed-off" rating was mostly just frustration with a lack of product details before purchase. Since I’m considering buying another item as a gift, could someone please let me know the length of the hoses and power cord? Also, how does the platform fold? Specifically, will it fit inside a bathtub? Finally, is it possible to have it shipped in a plain or covered box so my apartment neighbors won’t guess what’s inside?
